Actors on probation

These actors gave such bad performances that I'm now weary of watching any of their future projects.

  • Ji Hyun Woo

    South Korean

Because his performance in Love In Sadness was so insipid.

  • Shin Sae Kyeong

    South Korean

I'm now convinced that she has only two facial expressions: annoyed and surprised.

  • Nam Joo Hyuk

    South Korean

He was good in Fairy Weightlifter, when he was facing a good acting partner. Unfortunately he showed a lack of charisma in Bride of Habaek. I'm just not sure he's ready to carry a drama yet but he has potential.

  • Choi Si Won

    South Korean

It pains me to say this but his skills are not yet up to main lead level. He's a great support character/second male lead but he really was the weakest link in Revolutionary Love.

  • Lee Min Ho

    South Korean

This is such an unpopular opinion but I don't like Lee Min Ho acting. I disliked him in Personal Taste and Heirs so much that I've not watched much of his after that. But seeing his soaring popularity I feel like it may be time to give him a new watch.

Edit: seen him recently in The King Eternal Monarch, he was okay. One more convincing performance and I'll have to remove him from this lit hehe!

  • Hawick Lau

    Hong Konger

His acting skills are passable but even his immense charm wasn't enough to make Lady and Liar a less boring drama. Tiffany Tang did what she could really, but there was no chemistry there.

  • Park Shin Hye

    South Korean

She won't kiss her male leads. She persists to do romance dramas. I'm not a kid. I'll rest my case.

  • Sung Hoon

    South Korean

Sung Hoon, my babe. I like you for your looks and not your talent, but even for me,  that Perfect Marriage Revenge performance was not it.

  • Jang Ki Yong

    South Korean

In Go Back Couple, he's playing an aloof and idealized, one sided first love. The poker face was understandable and even a nice touch. In Kill It though, even though he plays an enigmatic character, you feel like he could add a bit warmth to some scenes. But in Search:WWW he's supposedly the younger, more idealistic and less blasé lover to our already enigmatic and cold FL. And his performance just falls flat. Honey, you're cute but you'll need to learn at least how to smile and blink on camera.
