MY TOP CHINESE BLS

One of the last  ‘overt’ Chinese bls before it triggered the ban. Since then China introduced strict censorship rules for their entertainment industry meaning that all bls had to be packaged as bromances. Any love scenes and romantic affection between two males had to be done through sub-text. This may be frustrating for some viewers. 

This is the remake of ‘Addicted’ and although it is subject to Chinese censorship rules, it is as close to a bl as you’ll get from a Chinese production since ‘Addicted’. 

This is another Chinese bl packaged as a bromance, therefore everything is portrayed through sub-text. This may be frustrating for some viewers.

This is the same as The Untamed in terms of it being a bl packaged as a bromance. 

This series suffered a similar fate to ‘Addicted’ when the romance started to become too overt. 

One of those rare uncensored Chinese bls. Content warning for a scene that some viewers might find triggering/problematic.

*Personally, I didn‘t find it problematic given the context of that scene that may be misinterpreted for something else.
