⇨ pros: this concept was *chefs kiss* i’m legitimately sad that there isn’t like a sequel or a full length drama yet. it definitely deserves it too. for a 29 minute mini-film, love buzz was really solid. i was also reminded of someday or one day and tomorrow with you which is two of my favorite dramas of all time. overall, i really enjoyed this

➨ cons: the editing was a bit weird and confusing sometimes. the quick jumps were a bit annoying but the cinematography was pretty so i was able to forgive the editing. ialso wish that this was longer and we got to see how the FL’s decision changes everything

⇨ pros: this was a very interesting insight into south korea’s ‘first’ serial killer. i knew of this case but the documentary provided a deep dive into how flawed the criminal justice system is. i really found the story of the female forensic detective to be moving

➨ cons: there should have been more emphasis on the victims and who they were. there was a lot of time spent on unnecessary things in my opinion

[ japan, movie, 2015 ] ❀

⇨ pros: i adored the manga and the anime so i knew i would love it too. the characters were exactly how i hoped they would be. takeo is still the best boy out there

➨ cons: one of the reasons i loved the manga/anime is that rinko and takeo gets together fast. the movie dragged it to the end so the second half felt draggy. still, that’s the only real complaint i have

⇨ pros: short bite sized episode meant things were not draggy and i wasn’t bored! plus the leads were cute

➨ cons: cringe and second hand embarrassment. but this was intentional and played up for laughs so i’m not thatmad. the plot was also disjointed
