Chinese Dramas

This one is definitely one of my favorites. It's very cliche in the fact that she was a mediocre student that liked the boy with the top grades in the class, giving off those Itazura na Kiss vibes, yet the actors and the story line made it SO very enjoyable. The main character girl is so cute, I love Shen Yue's acting. I would watch over and over again :)

I loved this one SO MUCH. It seems very cliche if you're familiar with the Hana Yori Dango manga that it is based on, but it was so worth the watch. I ugly cried several times. The soundtrack was perfect and the characters were all interesting!

Love O2O was definitely something different! Both of the main characters were known for being smart and popular, but were able to connect from something much deeper than just popularity and look, but bonding over their love for this game. I loved it!

I absolutely loved this one! It had all the struggles of growing up and facing love that I was looking for in a drama. I cried so hard and so much towards the end, but I really feel like the ending could have been so much better.

The 0.5 points I did not give it was because the 10 year gap between the end of high school and their re-encounter, and how much back and forth the last episode had JUST to have it be open ended. I feel like there was a way to cut out more of the high school occurrences without lowering the value of that portion of the story while also leaving room for the development of how they grew up and got back together.
