ECCENTRIC CHARACTERS

This is a list of dramas that I have either seen (Will have a star rating) or ones that I heard or/recommended to me where the is a quirky or eccentric character in the drama. doesn't matter the genre, profession...anything. As long as there is a character that is eccentric/quirky that makes the relationship among the characters interesting and fun, it is on this list. Think like Sherlock Holmes quirky... I remove the ones I hate to the not recommended list. As always Suggest, comment and discuss.
