  • The Happy Loner

    1. The Happy Loner

    Korean Special - 2017, 2 episodes

    8.5

Kdrama/January: Short and sweet, 1.5hr long and I love the cast. I like how different the FL and ML lead were and their personalities were different, plus, their traumas during childhood affected how their platonic and romantic relationships played out. They both had issues they needed to work through. I like the lesson of trying to open up and loving outside of your comfort zone. Would recommend.

  • Miss Independent Ji Eun

    2. Miss Independent Ji Eun

    Korean Drama - 2018, 8 episodes

    9.0

Kdrama/January: Enjoyable and Relatable. 8 episode and it was relatable from working, period pains, unruly coworkers, finding love, work/live balance. And being okay with you are. It was nice follow Kim JiEun around as she became comfortable with herself and her surroundings. Would Recommend to anyone looking for a short and sweet 1st person drama about a 24yr old finding her place in life

  • Secret Angel

    3. Secret Angel

    Chinese Drama - 2012, 10 episodes

    6.0

January:The editing was all over the place and I laughed when I wasn't supposed too. Weird, the dubbing that I saw when it first came out was Chinese but they spoke in Korean and dubbed the cdrama actor. I did think the story was cute but the ending made no sense. Would recommend if you want to watch something when you're bored but it wasn't fantastic enough to actually recommend

  • Discipline

    4. Discipline

    Korean Drama - 2018, 6 episodes

    7.0

Kdrama/January: It was a cute drama, the acting esp with the FLs was not great but I like the story of friendship. I'd recommend because it was short and sweet. I liked how JiHan was able to come out to his friends. I wanted them to explore some of their background but its a 6 ep less than 15min drama . I would recommend if you just want to watch something mindless

  • The Effect

    5. The Effect

    Thai Drama - 2019, 3 episodes

    9.5

Thai/January: Loved it, the message, acting and just the portrayal of friendship, cyberbulling, the effects of rape to victim and perp. OMG So much in just three ep, even though I wish to know what happened when the credits roll I understand the "future is unknown." Them wanting to go back and change everything resonated with me. HIGHLY Recommended.

  • Our Baseball

    6. Our Baseball

    Korean Drama - 2019, 10 episodes

    8.5

Kdrama/February: This drama was relatable, it reminded me of Misaeng(kdrama) because of the dynamic of the team, their love for each other, and baseball, and the life lessons. Everyone was trying to live and survive. At first, I thought Baseball was like an escape from their real-world problems (which it probably was) but it gave them an outlet to breathe. They were all struggling and trying their best, and that's what baseball was for them. I also like how they focused on a different player each episode. It was interesting. Ep 3 and 5 struck a chord because I'm going through a job search and I've also been in a toxic work environment. Seeing the characters strive for a purpose and just work hard was phenomenal. I would recommend this short, relatable, and sweet drama to anyone who needs a pick me up.

  • The Boy Next Door

    7. The Boy Next Door

    Korean Drama - 2017, 15 episodes

    8.5

Kdrama/February: Absolutely loved it. Its like a BL but not because it came out I guess when BLs weren't "BLing" Anyway. these two were hilarious and I loved how they kept ending up in awkward situations but they also grew from their situations. WooSik and JiYoung were phenomenal and I enjoyed their chemistry. Recommend, especially if you need a pick me up and need a laugh

  • The Moment

    8. The Moment

    Thai Drama - 2020, 4 episodes

    8.0

Thai Drama/ February: This was a short and sweet drama about a bartender and a guest at a hotel. It was cute how they filmed in one place (the hotel) and it was beautiful and went with the theme of "what if you had two days or a moment in time to fall in love" I'm not familiar with the actors but everyone did great, although some editing was choppy, it didn't stop the story from progressing. I also love that we didn't get the typical happy ending because it's true, the lead was just there as a guest in a hotel, but love that there was a "maybe we'll meet again" kind of ending. I would have given it an 7/10 but the ending text and kiss flashback made it an 8.0. I would recommend if you're looking for something short and sweet. Not a rewatch for me tho

  • Sweet Room

    9. Sweet Room

    Japanese Drama - 2009, 4 episodes

    4.5

Jdrama/February: Chose this drama because the men are gorgeous and I'm a sucker for Narimiya Hiroki´(THAT MAN CAN KISS). I chose the drama also because it's part of the old internet story days long before Wattpad. People used to write short "real life" stories, and it was cute. I also loved the narration, there was barely any dialogue, more of the men narrating their stories (four individual stories in four individual hotel rooms/different hotels). I adored Last Love and Birthday. Both showed the simplicity of love with hints of fear. Now, Triangle--that story can kick rocks, my rating went down because of that episode--THEY WERE DRAMATIC FOR THE SAKE OF DRAMATICS---UNNECESSARY. All the episodes has their own "creativeness" but nothing special imo. Episode 4... I WAS BORED OUT OF MY MIND!  It wasn't because it wasn't "sexy" it just wasn't anything, Room Services story just didn't resonate with me and I kept waiting for it to get better. It didn't. I would not recommend this drama because as much as the men and the short story's make you want to, the execution fails to grab you, now if you just want to watch the first two eps and leave out the rest, that's fine. Still, I would not recommend

  • 4 Reasons Why I Hate Christmas

    10. 4 Reasons Why I Hate Christmas

    Korean Drama - 2019, 6 episodes

    6.0

Kdrama/February: Fours friends, well sort kinda friends who are single during the holiday and spend it together. Not exactly. The synopsis and the title don't really explain anything.  We have four single people, 2 who have never dated, one who broke up with his long time gf, and an aloof male lead.  Not going to lie, I was bored and I felt like the stories were disjointed and even tho it was short there was no actual development. They talked about ideal types but reasonings made no sense and I only knew why one technically hated Christmas and its because he always had to work. I'm the other three is because of their relationship status. Anyway, it was short but didn't keep my interest and I spent more time zoning out and replying parts than enjoying/watching. I watched because it was "pretty" but couldn't connect with it. I would not recommend, because it wasn't as interesting as the synopsis made it seem, but if you just need something to watch, you can.

  • I Started Following Romance

    11. I Started Following Romance

    Korean Drama - 2019, 10 episodes

    7.0

Kdrama/March: Cute and short 10 ep Web series, eps are like 6 minutes long and on Viki. I have to say, I was kind of bored with the first 5 eps and it just focused on her point of view, I didn't really feel the "love" until they moved to his point of viewed and intertwined it together. I like the ending and the lesson about timing. Timing is everything in anything of relationship so it was interesting to see how it played a role in them becoming a couple. I also like the side couple. Although they didn't focus as much on them, it was cute to see. I'd recommend only because it's short, but I wouldn't rewatch it.

  • Snow Lotus

    12. Snow Lotus

    Korean Special - 2015, 2 episodes

    7.0

Kdrama/March: Before I even write this comment I gonna say, they were doing WAYYY TOOO MUCH in the ending. Got people getting hit by cars, rolling in wheelchairs on the roof and flyin and stuff A MESS! Anyway, this was a very short drama, 2 eps and each an 1hr long. They covered  a lot but it also felt choppy and disjointed at times. Although I loved how the Lucid Dreams and reincarnation storyline (past and present) played a significant roll in the couple getting together. There were some things left unexplained for example, was it all a dream, real, or fate. Also, why hire someone without a background check. One thing I did like is how they added the "third wheel" or second lead and how that person played a role in both lifetimes. All in all, interesting drama. Recommend if you like reincarnation, a little romance, gender bender, and short dramas. I wouldn't rewatch it though, it was just meh to me on the rewatch scale.

  • Green Door

    13. Green Door

    Taiwanese Drama - 2019, 6 episodes

    6.5

T-Drama/March: So I watched this because of 1. The Trailer looked amazing and 2. Everyone on my TL watched and loved it but I don't think this drama was for me. I love psychological dramas and love ghost but something was off about the drama. Maybe I wanted or thought it would be scarier, but it wasn't. I didn't care about his romance or the connection to the ghost at the end. What I liked was how he helped counsel the ghost and how his therapist helped him too. The ending was an unexpected twist for me and I didn't see it coming but still, I think I would have liked it more if we focused on more ghosts and I could have done with one of the ghost connections to him (even tho that end part was sweet).  Also, I think they needed to get him more help because he went to something so traumatic and its like "it's okay, this semi-happy ending will fix it" and I'm like, NO y'all need to get him serious help. Would I recommend this drama, I don't think so, but if you like ghosts and a psychiatrist solving mysteries, I say go for it.

  • Govengers

    14. Govengers

    Korean Drama - 2018, 12 episodes

    8.0

Kdrama/March: This drama was hilarious, the kids in this drama and their antics were A MESS! I enjoyed the superpowers and how each one connected, although I wish we could have saw more of the FL character, I feel like she didn't get "an episode" also I felt like the last 4 eps were not as exciting as the first 8 and that's why more score went down. All in all, I enjoyed it and I love the dynamic of the actors/characters. I'd recommend this drama, not because it's short and easy, but it was a good time.

  • His - Koisuru Tsumori Nante Nakatta

    15. His - Koisuru Tsumori Nante Nakatta

    Japanese Drama - 2019, 5 episodes

    9.0

Jdrama/March: THIS DRAMA WAS SOOOO STINKING CUTE!! Omg, they are the cutest and I like the development. I love the subtle of the whole thing. Nagise being "cool" but talking about what kind of love he wants and wants to give, him buying Shun all those snacks and Shun being oblivious. Shun also gradually falling for Nagise was adorable. I usually don't like when they wait at the end for confession but it worked for this drama, loved the progression and little touches. Also love the friendship from the girls, it was a nice change. I'd recommend this short and sweet drama. Ep 5 wasn't subbed when I watched it but I understood without subs, that's how good it was. Can't wait for the movie

  • Best Mistake

    16. Best Mistake

    Korean Drama - 2019, 15 episodes

    7.5

K/drama/April: This was feel-good web drama. It was cute seeing her make friends but I took lots of points off for underdevelopment and lack of "flushing" I know its a web drama but the lack of "movement" in characters or bypassing issues was annoying. Still, the leads were cute and I like the development of their relationship. I'd recommend if you need something short and feel good

  • Kokoro no Kizu wo Iyasu to Iu Koto

    17. Kokoro no Kizu wo Iyasu to Iu Koto

    Japanese Drama - 2020, 4 episodes

    7.0

Jdrama/April: I like concept, how do you heal mental trauma. I liked walking through the journey and learning about loniness and how to heal after something traumatic happens and how the world reacts to those who are healing. All in all int was a good drama, but I felt like it needed to explore the traumas a little more or the focus should have been on the healing. I think they showed the life of the doctor a little too much. But the drama is about his life so it makes sense. Still, I feel like it would have been better to focus more on the people and the after-effects. The drama was still a good on tho. I'd recommend for the lessons but not more.

  • How to Buy a Friend

    18. How to Buy a Friend

    Korean Drama - 2020, 8 episodes

    8.0

Kdrama/April: I really like the coloring and cinematography. I loved the acting. These actors are like little puppies and they are so cute. THE DRAMA was dark and intense, which I liked and I loved how everything was connected to poetry which made it unique. I also like the lessons. Being a teen is difficult, figuring out who you are and what friendship is is difficult. I like how all of that was portrayed. I think if they had more time, they could have expanded on things. Still, I enjoyed and would recommend it.

  • Views of Love: Grey Rainbow

    19. Views of Love: Grey Rainbow

    Thai Drama - 2016, 4 episodes

    7.5

Thai/April: This drama was interesting, the premise of time and love. I think I was too into it to realize how much clues I missed. Even though the ending made no sense, I understood it. Cherishing the moments, also what would you do if you knew how long you had left. The reason the score is a little lower sin;t because of the ending but because of the underdevelopment and some unnecessary scenes that went nowhere, even the scene with the assault or the scene in the forest. Some things needed more development than others. I don't know if I would recommend this drama. The couple was beautiful and I rooted for their happiness, but sadness seems to follow some. Also the editing, length, and again, underdevelopment really messed it up for me

  • Drama Festa: Hello Dracula

    20. Drama Festa: Hello Dracula

    Korean Special - 2020, 2 episodes

    8.0

Kdrama/April: It was very thoughtprovoking but I feel like I was more interested in Seolhyun and the little kids story. They seemed like cage birds trying to escape from their circumstances and finding their own happiness. Seolhyun wanting to be and find love with the woman she loves and her mom having her own issues and not listening and in away avoiding topics was very relatable. The little girl not wanting to show where she's from, her family, or who she really is was also relatable. All in all, interesting but I don't know if I would recommend it. Still it was a great drama. I hope to see more topics like this in the future.

  • Tokyo Coin Laundry

    21. Tokyo Coin Laundry

    Japanese Drama - 2019, 5 episodes

    7.0

Jdrama/May: it was a simple drama, everything was pretty and the acting was great but a lot of it was underwhelming and developed. I also felt like although they had chemistry, they didn't mess well together. He was underwhelming to her overwhelming personality and there was no balance. Storywise, Other than meeting the laundry room nothing really connected them. It would have been better to make it a workplace drama since that what it ended being. The lesson of not holding on to the past was beautiful and them just drifting through life without trying to settle or find actual meaning was relatable. It's just that the execution was not there.

  • Mermaid Prince

    22. Mermaid Prince

    Korean Drama - 2020, 6 episodes

    7.0

Kdrama/May: This would be lower if it wasn't for the acting. It was a cute story some things were unnecessary like the SL. He wasn't needed and we could have done with. It was beautiful but the abrupt ending ruined it. Its like they are saying we might have a S2 which would be great but the closure was a mess. That being said, its a nice watch if you feel like watching a semi cute story and staring at Moonbin being the best boy. I wouldn't rewatch tho

  • Yellow

    23. Yellow

    Korean Drama - 2017, 10 episodes

    8.0

Kdrama/May: It was a cute and simple drama. I enjoyed the music and quotes at the end and everyone and everything was pretty. Although sometimes it felt disjointed it was ok. I would recommend it.

  • Flower Ever After

    24. Flower Ever After

    Korean Drama - 2018, 10 episodes

    7.5

Kdrama/May: It was a cute drama. Although I didn't enjoy the guirl with 7yrs experience of a relationship telling her friend to steal someone's girlfriend. Anyway, both were couples were cute . Had relatable issues, focused on marriage. I believe everyone ended up with who and where they needed to be. I liked it for the growth as well. Would recommend

  • The Universe’s Star

    25. The Universe’s Star

    Korean Drama - 2017, 21 episodes

    8.5

Kdrama/May: Added .5 because the ending was just right. It was such a beautiful drama. I enjoyed everyone A Grime Reaper and an Idol. That was just a beautiful drama and just watching things unfold. Sure we had underdevelopment on side characters but the MAINS made up for it. I loved the friendship between the Reaper and Ghost and how everyone was connected. The ending was JUST RIGHT! Beautiful and sad. I'd recommend this short, sweet, and funny web series
