my all time favourite dramas :)not to toot my own horn, but i have good taste.

The leads start out as rivals (or the leaders of rival groups), or simply dislike each other at first. They face-off, fight, compete, or exchange verbal blows of some kind. 

Romance dramas where at least one of the leads (but sometimes both of the leads) chooses to do something that carries a very high risk of death (or that means certain death) in order to save, protect or otherwise help the other lead. Sometimes they actually die. Sometimes they die and get resurrected. If a lead's willingness to die comes from a general death wish or the action (that has a high risk of death or that entails certain death) is taken to help someone other than the other lead or is taken more as an action to help many people than an action to help the other lead specifically, I won't count that willingness to die / that action towards this list. My threshold for "very high risk of death" is quite high. I'm generally limiting it to things like taking a bullet to the chest or a sword through the back to protect the other lead. So the criteria are:1. One lead makes a decision to take an action. Involuntary actions don't count. Split-second decisions are okay as long as they are intentional. 2. The action taken must carry a very high risk of death or entails certain death. Actions that only risk injury or possible (but not highly likely) death do not count.3. The action must be taken in order to save, protect or otherwise help the other lead. Actions taken with other motives don't count, even if the action does help the other lead.

The leads survive, are in a romantic relationship with each other, and are relatively happy at the end of the drama.

At least two guys fall for / pursue the FL.1 - The FL either has feelings for the SML first, or is torn between the ML and SML (and genuinely not sure which one to choose as a romantic partner) at some point.2 - At some point the FL becomes aware of both the ML and SML's feelings, but the SML never really has a chance. 3 - The FL is never aware of the SML's feelings.4 - A secondary male character (not significant enough to be called the SML) falls for the FL. The FL is aware of his feelings but he never has a chance.5 - A secondary male character (not significant enough to be called the SML) falls for the FL. The FL is never aware of his feelings.6 - Other.

The leads either fall asleep beside each other (or near each other with some kind of contact), or there's a scene after they sleep together.
