Here are a list of dramas I've seen WITHOUT a breakup as a plot device to stir up drama. If you're like me, you're tired of the "third-act unnecessary drama resulting in a breakup" trope --- it usually has me yelling at the screen "JUST TALK TO EACH OTHER" hahaDramas I included may have the following criteria :--- separations caused by external conflict or driven by specific situations--- a breakup that is in-character and makes complete sense from a writing standpoint (no lazy writing, please)--- in-relationship conflict that is resolved within 1-2 episodes (could result in brief separation)NOTE : for me, it only counts as a "breakup" if one or both people actively choose to break up (usually because of miscommunication *rolls eyes* ).** MILD SPOILERS ** --- don't worry, I try to keep it as vague as I can[ sorted alphabetically ]
