I think you are reading too much in to the situation. Both EJ & JunMo looked awkward. EJ was clearly bothered by Haeryun. but she kept playing the role where JunMo couldn't do the same.
I guess, you can argue that it was self defense for ML, It was war like situation. Kill or be Killed. 2ML basically murdered some people in cold blood. But yeah huge ? mark on that part.
JM always keeps cool head even in worst situation but whenver EJ is around with KC, he somehow looks terrified. you can tell It was mentally exhausting for him to see EJ getting involved with KC. I just hate that she couldn't see that. She told JM she didn't care for KC but she did. In the end, EJ hurt both JM and KC. My boy KC had the biggest heartbreak. EJ's actions had some terrible outcomes.
