In the business world, in order to get a proxy, a vote or poll is conducted within the company and obviously, his family isn’t backing him so most of the shareholders would follow behind the grandfather in order not to cut of the hands that feed them. So it’s either the grandfather passed a message to them to let him be the proxy so that his downfall would be greater or KCH bribed his way through which would be hard cuz he literally has nothing to his name. I think that’s why they didn’t show us how he became proxy just like how the Mujeong company became second largest shareholders in shine cosmetics and Ho bang the CEO 🤦🏽. I get they just want to bypass it but it’s family drama, at least the plot should be more realistic and clear to viewers.
