Yeeeessss so many iconic scenes from the novel! But not only the added many unnecessary stuffs, they also can't create the original scene alive! Like how their colleagues found out about their relationship. I don't like how the tone down the tension. And also they change about GX's background. Well, idk maybe because they dont want to make the story darker or something.

I know. Based on the situation on the novel, it also hasn't the time for the ML to confess yet. But it wasn't as frustrating as this.
Well, I just convey my frustration but I'll keep watching it anyway haha

Idk if it's because of the schedule but I'm started to get tired of watching FL getting mad all the time. It's been 10 eps after the rejection! When I thought they would progress a little closer, she made her own assumption then got mad again. Sorry qianling, but I prefer you from the novel. There are many fun scenes after they get together in the novel tho, but they prefer to add those kind of scene. And also so far, I don't see they portray guxun's complexity, which actually should be one of the reasons that made them together.

Well, QL is furious after knowing that GX is campus hunk, and it is because he got caught, not by confessing himself. I hope that they will save the time when GX is pursuing QL bcs that would need quiet sometime before they start dating.
There is also the part about QL said in the office that she was single, then the next day GX said that he had a gf. QL's college (huang jie) thought that's why QL was broken hearted. Then huang jie saw QL & GX went home together and thought that they were having an affair. She dragged QL away and said that they would attend a blind date party or something and asked GX to go home and find his own gf. GX then stopped them and asked QL to give him a title or people would think that he is a cheater!
Oh I reallyyyyyyy wish that they would keep that part! That would be soooo hillarious!

Especially FL's personality! She's more slayeeeed!!! She also ignored him in the novel but in more passive way compare to the drama. I think FL's attitude now is more similar to her novel version after found out that ML is campus hunk.

I am reading on 2/3rd of the novel now and so far I really love the progression in the drama!!

I was thinking that after that neck bite, if im not mistaken, he unblocked her? I mean. he did something with her contact on his phone and maybe thats why he wonder why she didnt contact her? They didnt gave subtitle for the text so I'm not sure. But then it showed on shuyi's phone that her text was still blocked so i guess he didnt unblocked her.

The ridiculous part was they made it seemed like shuyi already made move so many times in the beginning. However we all know later that once things getting serious, she ran away. Then they expect us to accept that this time shiyan would be the one who make move? They really wasted dylan & bailu's with this crappy plot!

Oh I also skipped shanshan part. First was because they didnt have any progress, and then because she's being a toxic friend. I dont care anymore even if her love line is sailing.

For first time, I want to aplaud ruo shan for scolding shiyan. However I got frustrated again watching the spoiler, after shiyan giving shuyi chance to meet him but she keeps being tactless talking about work again. And whats with her blocking him all of sudden???? Oh I wish I didnt watch this ongoing!

From the spoiler, the uncle-niece relationship will be revealed tonight. But instead of by confessing, it seems like shuyi will know about it accidentally when shiyue called shiyan uncle.

I'm sorry to bai lu but I dont think this getting better until ep 23. Not even a single problem or secrets are known. At least one person need to finally know something! I even skip the part when shan shan gave advice to shuyi bcs she couldn't even escape from her own problem. I mean, when shuyi wanted to confess, she even gaslighted her to keep lying in case of shiyan would break up with shuyi. I am soooo frustrated! I'd probably stay in kunning palace for a while.
