As much as I hate the outcome of his 'family', I'm glad the writers didn't steer us into any ridiculous tropes that we often see in K dramas.

He wants to have his cake and eat it too. Someone that can cater to his every whim. He's a narcissistic, egotistical SOB! Yet...I can't help but laugh at his antics. Sign of a good actor.

Right there with you. The Backstreet Boys opening song...I can't, anymore! I'm sticking it out even though it's cringy. I doubt the couples will stay together...like all reality shows...

This episode was pretty much a rollercoaster, for me. I was frustrated throughout until the end...with the donation...now I'm excited for the next ep.

He's everywhere and quite typecasted.

There's a lot of yelling & slapping in K dramas. Yet, when she witnessed her boyfriend cheating, she literally was non-reactive and timid. I mean....what????

Her meltdown on stage was so cringy to watch. I was squirming in my seat. And then she continued (a couple of scenes later) to drink, again, with her sister and best friend!!! For someone who's an expert in relationships, wasn't she aware that she was being gas lit by her scumbag of a ex-boyfriend?!

Some thoughts:
Mr. Ji's use of the orange-brown pen & how HS noticed it during CCY's lecture when he dropped it...
Where the hell is HJ & SJ's father? The mother is a certifiable lunatic!
Am worry about HS's welfare...
Love the use of "Anyway" in all the episodes.

That totally came out of left field. They've known each other for over 10 years and all of a sudden, this happens? WTH!!!!!!

I keep replaying the scene where somebody was practicing shooting the metal balls in the dark alley. I just can't picture Mr Ji doing that.

That's all she does is scream. She's the epitome of a toxic mother that has destroyed her son's stability. Amazing how you can play an effective/tortured role with no dialogue.

With 5 episodes left, there's plenty of time to veer the obvious culprit to someone else. Can you tell I really like Mr Ji?!

Anything Go Kyung Pyo's in, I'll watch. He's very versatile. I hope Kang Han Na will play a much 'looser' role as she's always so uptight in her dramas (ie..Start-up). She's beautiful and deserves a 'nicer' role.

Totally agree. Her last drama with Go Kyung Pyo was so hard to watch. Her acting has become quite robotic and she was sickly thin. I just hope she's ok.
