Wow I wasn't expecting this to be so heartfelt and painful.... I was just expecting a petty and kinda toxic workplace drama with the signature overacted (not necessarily in a bad way) jdrama humor.

No you're right, they were in the pilot trailer but due to changes made in the writing room as the preproduction progressed, their characters were no longer relevant. North and Night also weren't originally in the source material since this is based on a novel. But due to GeminiFourth's popularity, they were given another project, this time as main leads; My Love Mix-Up! Thailand😊
But like at least the Be Mine IG account is fairly active with the new actors schedules so that we know that they still exist....
But also like what even is that? The company's priorities don't seem to be in check which is why so many of the actresses have, understandably, left the project which is only leading to more backtracking since now they'll need to recast multiple roles if they want to continue onward🙄😒
Domundi has SO many unreleased titles from their 2023 lineup that have yet to start the preproduction process, so why have they decided to announce another new drama??

No, the majority of the shows slated as 2020 releases (that are unaired) have only just been announced within the past year. The year 2020 is some sort of default date for a lot of unreleased MDL titles.
