The original webtoon writer is san kyung (reborn rich), kim soon ok (penthouse) is story creator, and hyun jimin (pandora beneath the paradise) is the screenwriter. So it’s like combination of those three

They’re looking for another zombie movie success like train to busan

So it’s gonna be letdown? though the synopsis does signal that

Well jtbc is cable channel actually, but for prime time friday slot it is performing bad, especially since they started with around 2%

The script is the problem honestly, although I don’t really feel their chemistry too

Han jimin is fine, lee byunghun though 👎🏻

This actually sounds interesting! I like those fictional empire settings, because it would have more challenging world building but allows higher degree of flexibility in story telling. I hope other cast would be good actors and fit the character description. I hate it when drama arbitrarily changes character settings
