Yes I know I know, You’re talking to someone who read both books about three times and ended up with swollen eyes from crying. In the end, I had to visit the doctor because of the swelling and burning in my eyes. Addicted became famous, but not like RV (they just didn’t let the actors feel that fame and limited them). We had two remakes of Addicted: the Chinese version Stay With Me, and the Thai version Addicted. Stay With Me was more like a “ bromance ,” but it was very beautiful 🥹. As for the Thai version, I didn’t like it at all, and we couldn’t get a second season of Stay With Me. So, I think remaking the story again is not a good idea and it’s better to leave the story as it is. Every time I see a version of the story, or the Chinese couples from the original and Stay With Me actors, or hear the music, it feels like opening an old wound that hurts me deeply.
The best series of the year is over . We will miss Wei Wei’s laughter ❤️ and Chi Cheng’s kindness 🤗. This beautiful love story made me feel so much love ❤️, warmth 🔥, and care 💖. Everything was great — the story 📖, the acting 🎭, and the music 🎶. I can’t believe they made such a lovely series with a simple love story that stole our hearts 💘.

I have always said, and will say again: Chinese BL series are the best with their simple stories 📚, great acting 🌟, and amazing actors 🎉. When a new Chinese series comes out, I forget all the other BL series from other countries 🌏. After RV came out, I only watched RV and Abo Desire 🎥.
Let’s give a big applause 👏 to Chinese Yaoi series, and to the actors and the team of RV. It was a summer to remember ☀️💫.
I hope China reduces censorship on Yaoi series so we can see even more beautiful BL shows 🌈🎬.
