Just loving how they expanded on the same storyline from Webtoon ans added more characters also getting the thriller side right from the start..in the webtoon the other side of the parents get revealed much much later but there we already very much know about them till ep 7 !!!

Ep 12 spoiler : Hyangi takes over Sanyoung,Hongsae and Haesang figure out something signalled by granny in her last breath, Hyangi tries to persuade SY mother but fails as mother notices strangeness in her, she tells mother to kill Haesang in order to save her daughter, Hyangi tries to trap Haesang and Hongsae but fails and reveals accidentally the spot of the last thing of the 5 things..but Hyangi tries to kill Haesang but the last twist is Sanyoung manages to come back and takes control of the body and destroys the last thing. She was greedy and self centered as a human that's why she was also more powerful as a ghost/spirit..because we always find every where that ..the more greed and rage it has before becoming evil spirit the more powerful it is in the form of Spirit

It is not normal in dramas to kill the main roles ...in movies, yes not in kdramas.
Remember this is written by Kim Eun Hee...she is known for killing a main character in the final ep... I'm not sure but it's almost 50/50 chance of SY getting killed at the end

Can someone explain why the spirit needs to kill the person closest to the one it's possessing? Did I miss something?
It was emphasized in the first and second eps that this Spirit takes energy from the agony of the person possessed or their deep desires while killing people around them whom they cherish or despise
