i also thought at first it will end up with their child and it would've be better though and the last scene wasn't necessary but still i'm happy that they got to live happy together for years and their wishes comes true. i wish that we all get to live a long live with our loved ones and make all out wishes comes true

it wasn't sad because we all will die someday but it's good to live a long life with loved ones and also he remebers us it's so great to have someone like that i think it's so realistic not sad.
