They get together in episode 3rd or 4th, breakup is a bit complicated, ML has forgotten about his past after an accident, his ex fiance came back in episode 8, so he left with her for his home town, he brokeup with FL in ep9, but he had no feelings for his fiance, they will be together again in last episode, it's a family drama mainly focused on story of 3 sisters so there is no skinship, only 2 small kisses.

It's my first time watching a family oriented Japanese drama, there was enough romance, I loved the first 7 episodes, but I would have preferred a better ending, it was rushed but still it's a happy ending so nothing much to complain, what happened between ep8-10 was inevitable but I want it to sort out before last episode but they stretched it upto last episode, that's the only negative point about this drama acc. To me.
