Here is my theory:
I think Yoon Ena is the murderer.

However, she is doing that unconsciously. Her unconscious self is sending puzzle pieces to herself, to let her concious self trace down the killer (that is herself).

I guess this killings have something to do with her parents death. They are all linked together.

I also think that the psychologist somewhat knows and is suspecting about Ena's condition but is not sure that she is the killer
