Joker could have not involved him in this heist plan. He could have just told him something like come another day, or something else. But then also like Joker said he never used to realise that his actions might affect other people as well.

But still I think that Jacks hate for Joker is just what we see surface level he more or less knows that its completely not Joker's fault that he is in this situation.

But he still was in a pretty screwed up position with his dad's debt. That Joker had nothing to do with.

And the loan, it was never sure he would have got one anyway and he must have known that for sure.. So he definitely would have had a plan B for that right? It's not completely dependent on him getting scammed by Joker.

I am thinking probably because he now has a criminal record of going to jail(even though falsely accused) but still on record.
