I think now it would make even more sense for Tongkla to be close to Win to know where the investigation is going.
But then still makes me think, why was he crying and being soo sad, and frustrated when Korn didn't pick up his phone.
Was that the guilt , or was he really sad.
And he didn't kill his brother?

Okay, this is another theory. But it will make sense , because that might be the reason Tongkla isn't interested in getting justice for his brother, because he is the one who killed him.
