There's two copies of the contract right? the first that got ripped up when the Queen was visiting (when they first started drafting it) and the second is the one in his safe. I believe it may have been the torn one that was leaked. Because if it's not, it may be I-An's plan, or like you said, possibility of the King's edict being taken too... I mean we didn't have much of a reaction except from Huiju, but I would be shocked if the Prince was the one revealing it. He'd never do such a thing at such a sensitive timing.

Romantic chemistry is great but GOSH their emotional connection is mind blowing. I-an's reaction to seeing that's she's alright, then Huiju's reaction to realising that he was the target.

I believe she did not intend to kill him. There may have been an external factor that caused the fire.. Because she leaves after she drops the burning paper, but I-An has the paper with him. Something must have happened in between. I mostly suspect her father, Lord Impyeong (?). He's very sketchy. He may have something to do with the poison incident too 🤐
