You dont know how much i agree with you on all levels of your post and how my blood boil knowing how incompetent the the agency is.

I think we are all in agreement that the management sucks.. Even the easiest task they cant do.

But it never hurts to talk it out.. Especially if he is still in contract with them.

Contract Buy out is more messy. Especially since theres really no one in that agency that holds any value at the moment. They will hold on to him like a snake clinging for its life.

When the time comes that he can get out of gramarie scratch free...

Hopefully lessons are learned and May the appropriate adjustment be made by gramarie and 1studio😔 whilst CZY is in contract with them..
