Yeah, that's very unlikely, I think. The X account of EWB is more active than any other account I've ever seen and the series is one of the most anticipated GL from the 2026 line-up. Not having a first ep fanmeet would be wild XD Their muteluv part didn't get popular because it was not branded it as GL from the very start. I found out it was a GL after I saw JanJingjing kissing in the official trailer XDXD I also don't think popularity(=having a large fandom) alone is that important for new CPs. For example, SurfJava just got a fanmeet announcement and an official Logo, despite having a small fandom (compared to other CPs) after being only a side cp in H2H and a main lead role in Muteluv.
Anyway, regardless of the airing date, I think JanJingjing's future is bright! :D

Me too!! But I'm unsure if PodPapang may fit the character age-wise, since it looked like they were portraited kinda young in the original pilot trailer...
For those who are wondering, I went back and checked the other times a gmmtv pair "broke up" to see how long it took to announce the split and the recast.
1)The OhmLeng split announcement (March 15, 2025) and the recast for OFDO and Muteluv (March 16, 2025) were done with 1 day between them. That time, they didn't close the series' official social media accounts.
2)When the split and the recast (aDaaP) of MarcPoon was made official, it was put in the same announcement. In that, the split and the recast of OhmFluke for My Romance Scammer was announced too.
3)PerthChimon split announcement was made in June 27, 2024. The recast for P10L was made official on July 8, 2024. So it took them 11 days for that. However, in that time, P10L was already filming and had the urgency of the recast.
The fact the gmmtv haven't announced yet the cancellation of the series, makes me think that they may be working on the recast. And soon or later they may start doing the casting for the new main leads (unless they're already doing it). Since MPB was still in the preprodution fase, it's fair to say we may not get any updates anytime soon too.

N.3 & 4 are very unlikely, in my opinion. N.2 is what I'd like to see, because the premise of the story was interesting to me, and also the other actors, who would have played side characters, won't lose the role/job. But WinnySatang fans prefer N.1 and I would understand that.
