Didnt he leave the necklace on the table why did he have it on at dinner with Sine??
I thought the dinner scene was a flashback. They didn't make it very clear though. He talked to Sine's wife about her wedding ring and in the last scene he took Jin's ring finger measurements. That scene is stated to be a flashback.
What an exquisite drama. The fight scenes are so well choreographed and the tensions is insane. It's got actual kissing, I had to double check the release date, but this drama was ahead of its time. The acting is just next level excellent.
There is no certainty that the story will go down the same road as the manga or the anime. The scenes from the…
They will probably explore themes of obsession, lack of self worth and definitely consent, but so far the quality is quality immensely better than what we're usually served. So I'm quite optimistic it's going to go in another direction than the source material.

There is no certainty that the story will go down the same road as the manga or the anime. The scenes from the trailer/preview might be red herrings. I get though that you cannot stand it and despised that kiss. Fully with you on that.
I was recommended to watch only until 40.25 minutes into episode 9. And since that same person recommended the same strategy for Last Twilight, whatever unsatisfactory or traumatising ending they did cook up, does not exist for me.
Although, I did repeat the scene between Jin and Johnny probably a dozen times.
