I don't know on what basis the production team decides when to release the drama, but I guess that they still have to agree with the actors when they have time to start promotion, since they both have a full schedule, or maybe they already have something pre-filmed, but we don't know anything about it.

If they start the promotion at the end of July or the beginning of August, then probably yes. I rather stick to it, because I guess that they will broadcast the random tour episode sometime in the beginning of August.
