First of all, there is a huge difference between reality and fiction. And just because we enjoy a story that has these elements doesn't mean that we find sexual assault in real life "sexy" . It's a story, a fictional one, and it has so much more to it than just sex. If you don't like that sort of thing, you can easily not watch.
