the first half of the show was promising but after that it went downhill, the ending was disappointing, the romance felt dull, a lot of characters choices made no sense.
the awful cgi made me laugh more then anything else from this show tbh😭

i didn't watch the original cdrama but i heard that it had some kind of love triangle which is something i absolutely hate so i'm really glad there wasn't any of it in the Korean version
i really enjoyed family by choice, all actors did such a good job

Yeah i decided to finish this drama yesterday and i wish ep 35 was the ending of the series
the last three eps were so unnecessary, like why did they put him through so much pain..at the end he was absolutely broken beyond repair and it was so fucking hard to watch
i also didn't like that the ending was hinting a suicide.. i know the ending would be bittersweet but that was not it for me
i still loved the series, the actors did such a good job.
overall even if it was one of the most saddest stories i have seen in a long time i don't regret watching it.
i hope both actors will have another project together because their chemistry was amazing

the plot is really good and the acting is amazing but it's one of the saddest stories i have watched in a very long time and I don't think i can continue watching till the end. i finished ep 25 and i'm already feeling heavy mentally so i don't want to know what i would feel after the last three eps
maybe i will finish the rest in the future but for now i will say goodbye to the series and it's a shame bc i really hate not finishing dramas😭😭
