Although there was usually a language barrier there were breakthroughs that left us with a very interesting, engaging, heartwarming experience full of compassion and love for all involved and leads us to realize that as a member of humanity we are one.
10/10 The East Palace "The palace is a place where the powerless can escape only through death." What if the only way to stop a royal curse was to cross into a realm of spirits? At the centre of the story is Gu-cheon, a man who can move between the real world and the Realm of Gwi. Summoned to the palace by the king, he is paired with Saeng-gang, a court lady who can hear the voices of spirits, to uncover the source of a deadly curse that has taken root in the East Palace. As the two travel between life and death under the king's secret orders, they begin to peel back the layers of a haunting that reaches deep into the royal family's past. -Nam Joo Hyuk as Gu-cheon. Why Gu-cheon? In Korean folklore, gucheon refers to the otherworld where souls go after death. Spirits with unresolved resentment or lingering attachments to earthly desires are said to wander gucheon, unable to ascend to heaven and fully leave this world behind. In "The East Palace" , the word is also a name: Gu- cheon, a man who can travel between the worlds of the living and the dead. -Two Worlds: The East Palace was filmed in identical physical locations across different seasons, then used contrasting colour grading - a crimson palette for the Realm of Gwi and cooler tones for the living world to differentiate the two registers. The spirit realm is not an alien environment. It is the same palace, in different weather, under different physics. The dead are not somewhere else. They are here, in the same corridors, the same pond-separated by ontology rather than geography. -Every poster tells a story: In the main poster, see Gu-cheon standing in the crimson realm of Gwi, bound by a rope that Saeng-gang holds in the living world. 10/10 SURPASSED MY EXPECTATION This is insanely good! How come everything was so good? The cast, the angles, the script, the soundtrack. Like HOW?? I don't get it. This drama just set a new bar for me on what is considered great for Kdrama. Haven't felt this way since th Innocent Man. And Lee Joon Gi really surpasses my expectation. He made me cry a lot just in 1 episode. BUT HOW COME??? It started out very tricky when I found out about the plot. It could easily went downhill with that kind of story. But you all made it flow beautifully and very very very engaging. I can't stop myself watching it over and over again. It is just how good the serie is. This is legit my new favorite of drama for melodrama genre. Please whoever the director is, create more emotionally engaging dramas like this.
10/10 Move to Heaven: an Excellent Job! Netflix's Move to Heaven is an unexpected gem, one of the best dramas produced from South-Korea, told in a realistic and wonderful way, unique and very original Korean drama, and will truly appeal to a global audience. Originality, sincerity and universal values are what makes Korean dramas produced by Netflix stand out compared to the regular Korean dramas which are still very catered to the local audience. From Kingdom, to Love Alarm, to Sweet Home and now Move to Heaven. All amazing pieces of art that are unique and very original. The story centers around trauma cleaners, who are people who clean up and move stuff of the deceased. This explains the title of this drama: Move to Heaven. It is also the name of their company. In 10 episodes we see multiple story arcs evolving, including those of the main characters Han Geu-ru played amazingly by Tang Jun-sang and his uncle Cho Sang-gu. We see very relevant social themes being addressed by the trauma cleaners, all in a very sincere, realistic and emotional way. Keep your tissue box ready though! A special shout-out to Tang Jun-sang for his epic performance and realistic portrayal of the Asperger syndrome and for connecting the different story lines. His character is smart, remembers everything, connects the dots, and speaks like a robot. It is something that viewers will not easily forget. Han Geu-ru was told to tell himself every day in the mirror that he did an excellent job. I can only agree, and would like to extend this to the whole show. You did an excellent job!
9/10 A fiction built on the backdrop of real crimes. Those who have been living in Thailand for a while can easily spot the real crime stories that have been the inspiration behind this series. It explores the involvement of various group of people in human trafficking and slavery revealing personal interest, lust and corruption. The evolution of characters is also very interesting depicting the scars and heart that lie in everyone. The interconnection between individual stories is very well thought. The dramatic end of season one is just begging for season 2 to start!

I am extremely picky with kdramas & I honestly wish I wasn't since it's so hard to pick something that will grab my attention in the first few minutes of a drama lol but man oh man this was amazing! If you're looking for a pinkish drama, light hearted rom com with a bit of suspense - THEN THIS IS FOR YOU. This drama gave me absolutely every single thing I could ever ask for in a perfect drama - great chemistry between the two main leads (who are incredibly attractive btw), lots of comedy and lots & lots of kissing scenes - which were adorable to watch *squeals* PSJ is an extremely talented actor & so is MY, I was so impressed with this drama, the director did an amazing job and so did all the actors. Each week I was looking forward for each and every single episode & I was never disappointed or ever bored. Did I mention the chemistry was fantastic? If you're wondering whether or not to give this a shot - I AM BEGGING YOU PLEASE DO. I wasn't disappointed & I hope you won't be. PSJ is quite the eye candy.

It tackles themes of bullying, self-worth, appearance, and discrimination in a way that feels both accessible and impactful, while never forgetting the human side of its characters.
The animation is fluid, the soundtrack fits the emotional beats perfectly, and the pacing keeps the story moving without sacrificing important character moments. Daniel’s journey from insecurity to self-acceptance is handled with sincerity, and the supporting cast adds plenty of personality, humor, and heart.
Yes, some plot points and characters differ from the source material, but adaptations don’t have to be carbon copies to succeed. Instead, this version offers its own interpretation while preserving the core message about judging people beyond appearances.

10/10 Felt insane watching it (in a good way) What can I say... I experienced a hundred emotions watching this show: laughed, cried, got frustrated, upset, endeared, was rooting for the characters, got pissed at some others, but first and foremost, I was hooked. It was SO entertaining and interesting to watch, not once was I bored. Sometimes I couldn't believe what was happening before my eyes because its like ANYTHING happened at times but then it allill made sense and what could at first seem like a nonsensical plot decision or shallow decision from a character later on it'd make so much sense and have a good character development and somewhat logical development. Maybe at times the events were too over the top but what I think made up for it were the development of the side couples which I LOVED and were still rooting for them. I'm giving this a 10 mainly because I LIVED through this show, so it was a great experience to watch it, wish I could experience watching it for the first time again.
8/10 A fun and energetic Japanese Teen Drama In the best tradition of Japanese Shonen Manga, "Waterboys 2", a live action drama pits a transfer high school student Eikichi Mizushima, against a 90 per cent female small town high school. On his very first day, this walking disaster, nicknamed "The Turtle" at his old school, (for reasons that will become clearer later on), is mistakenly identified as the savior of the pitiful boys that had been suffering under the thumb of the girls for three long years. A motley collection of boys give Eikichi a high rank and are absolutely certain because he swam on his old school's swim team, he would be the champion swimmer and the one they could rally a swim team around, giving them some ground. The boys had been previously excluded from club activities and forced to eat lunch in the old observatory, huddled on the floor like so much unwanted refuse. The action really gets moving as the boys sign Eikichi for the upcoming swim-meet, despite his protestations. Things are worse for him since the very girl that hates him most is living with him, "oh dear". His father is also pressuring him, from afar to join him on the move to New York. The show is that wonderful blend of ridiculous and funny and there is also a great potential for some real drama. If the opening scene illustrates truth, the series is in for some real spectacular sporting sequences including none other than that greatest of sports, synchronized swimming.
8/10 Proposal Power - Guys See What It Feels Like Now! "Love Deadline" is an original concept for a dating show where the proposal power goes to the girls and the tables are turned! The guys see what it feels like now! Here today, gone tomorrow is the theme as there is a "love deadline" but the guys don't know when that might come, so they need to cherish every moment and pursue the one they like without regrets. The cast is chosen because they are wanting to get married and find the one they want to have a family with and build a home with so the cast has had past relationships and are ready to find that lifelong connection. If the girl doesn't propose when their time is up, they go home with no further contact ever with the girl they fell for. Just a couple of comments about the cast - First, Kai is the sweetest guy ever - why would anyone ever even hesitate at all in the slightest bit? Any girl would be so lucky to have him. And lastly, I feel Yushi got used by a social media influencer who might have been there for the wrong reason IMO. But let's face it - how many times have girls gotten used and hurt and dumped/ghosted basically so the tables really are turned unfortunately for those that got hurt. 10/10 | love it I love this drama so much Their chemistry and the acting is just so great The story of this movie is really interesting, and you're always looking forward to the next episode I think series involving LGBTQ+ characters are considered somewhat taboo in Korea, so I hope Korea can move past these old prejudices and produce more series with this kind of drama. 10/10 hot romance mystery The chemistry between the leads is breath taking. Kol are surely evolving, love the tension between the two leads. The story of enemy to lovers is my personal fav. Would surely recommend as it has a good plot revolving round the murders along with the one of their past in which both the leads are entangled till date.
Kuzu no Honkai isn’t a romance meant to make you smile. It’s an emotionally messy exploration of loneliness, obsession, unrequited love, and the unhealthy ways people try to fill the emptiness inside them. Every relationship is flawed, every character makes questionable choices, and that’s precisely what makes the story so compelling.
The series doesn’t try to create perfect heroes or ideal romances. Instead, it embraces emotional ambiguity, showing how desire, jealousy, and insecurity can blur the line between love and selfishness. While some characters can be frustrating, their actions often feel painfully believable, making the drama surprisingly honest despite its exaggerated situations.
The atmosphere is one of its greatest strengths. Beautiful cinematography, expressive visuals, and a haunting soundtrack create a melancholic tone that perfectly complements the emotional weight of the story. The performances also help sell the characters’ inner conflicts, making even their worst decisions understandable.
This definitely isn’t a drama for everyone. If you’re expecting a sweet romance, you’ll probably hate it. But if you enjoy psychological relationship dramas that aren’t afraid to explore the darker side of human emotions, Kuzu no Honkai is a fascinating and memorable watch. Uncomfortable, thought-provoking, and emotionally intense, it earns a solid 8/10.
10/10 Great twist to time loop trope!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This show really needs more international recognition. Not only does it have great acting from a great cast, the story and screenplay provides a novel take on the time loop trope. This is not just about reliving the same day/event over and over again, but also trying to solve the mystery even as the variables and outcomes are changing with each iteration that reveals new pieces to the puzzle. The chemistry of the two leads, as well as the police officers involved, are excellent. In the midst of trying to solve the deadly mystery, they find a way to convey humor, affection, and humanity without being distractingly inappropriate. Zhao Jinmai is a standout starlet here, and hope that she'll find a long, successful career after this. I generally find most C-dramas to be just poor imitations of their superior Kdrama counterparts, but I am very impressed with the undeniable quality of this show. Highly recommended.

I always believe that the most impressive and moving story is just our daily life, in which we can empathize with the characters naturally. And The Making of an Ordinary Woman is such an excellent example that affects me deeply even though the storyline is set in Taiwan and I am from Chinese mainland. Although I cannot understand Taiwanese dialect spoken in the episodes, it really sounds familiar to me because we will speak dialect in our hometown as well and it evokes memories of my youth when scenes of childhood of Chen Chia-Ling appear. Technically speaking, the first season is better because the oranization of past and present things is much smoother. However, the overall quality of the series deserves highest rating.
10/10 Heart broken Had I Not Seen the Sun? Is one of those rare Netflix series that doesn't end when the final episode fades to black-it lingers. What makes the show truly unforgettable is the acting. Every performance feels painfully real, as if you're not watching characters but real people living through heartbreak, hope, and loss. The actors don't just play their roles; they inhabit them so completely that you forget you're watching a series at all. Especially Moon Li, the main atress, that went through being raped and her love of life went on revenge massacre for her and ended up with death penalty, her acting is truly convincing and so heartbroken. I cry every time I saw her. The emotional weight of the story is extremely heavy, and that's really at its greatest strength. The emotions feel raw and unfiltered, pulling you in until you're fully immersed. Long after finishing the series, the sadness stays with you-not in a dramatic way, but in a quiet, haunting sense that resurfaces weeks later. It's the kind of sadness that makes you reflect, not just on the story, but on life itself. 10/10 A RARE 10/10 Kdrama I just finished You and Everything Else and honestly... wow. This drama is an easy 10/10 for me, and I don't give those out lightly. It now sits in my elite list with When Life Gives You Tangerines, My Dearest, Our Movie, Reply 1988, Flower of Evil, and Crash Landing on You. That's how much it hit me. The acting? On another level. I think it might be the best l've ever seen in a K-drama, and Park Ji Hyun absolutely blew me away. Every little glance, every pause, every crack in her voice carried so much weight. She made her character feel so real that I almost forgot I was watching a show. What really struck me was how simple yet deep the story was. It's not about big twists or flashy gimmicks - it's about the messy, complicated reality of friendship. The way the two leads loved each other, but at the same time carried so much jealousy, resentment, and rivalry... it was heartbreaking and beautiful. I loved how both of them saw the other as "unbeatable," which made their dynamic so tense yet so full of admiration. And don't even get me started on the love triangle. It was honestly one of the most engaging I've ever watched. I kept switching sides, rooting for one girl and then the other - and that's because the writing made both of them feel so human and valid. 10/10 The Best Asian Drama Ever If you never experience watching the best TV drama, Nirvana in Fire is really the only thing you are looking for. It's all about revenge, deep critical thinking, amazing strategy, bromance, martial art, justice, romance, costume, loyalty,..., & historical period drama. The whole series is very very very brilliant & most reasonable. You can't even guess what going on. You will feel you yourself are so brainless. Moreover, you will experience what you never feel before. All I can say it's like breathless, addicted, crying, laughing, heart breaking,.... The cinematography is amazing. The costume is so beautiful. Not to mention actor performance. They are so talent. Not only the lead actors, everyone is great. It's so hard to not fall in love with the lead role actor. Nirvana in Fire won't give you a chance of boring. You probably feel uneasy on it first episode but believe me if you can pass it you will be unable to withdraw from your seat. Plese! don't miss it. It's really everything you can describe as the best TV drama you have ever seen.
10/10 First Taiwanese Drama. It's really good! Actors are hot, actresses are hot. Lead actress reminds me of Shu Qi with a dumb happy smile since she has a buck tooth. All the actors are very talented. They're far better than Marvel actors. Writing was excellent. I think the scenarios were believable. No sudden getting in to a car accident as soon as a character needs to be redeemed. Well written characters and a mom who seemed just overbearing enough to be believable and honestly horrible. Dad seems to not want to bother the family and provide to a fault. Male lead has a huge coming of age that's only really achievable with the female lead out of his life as she's doting on a hapa guy from her past (even that's believable! Best of both worlds, since he has physical features of a white guy but speaks fluent Taiwanese so he's "perfect" in the eyes of white worshipping Taiwanese girls. Usually white guys are just there because it's easy to find girls to sleep with but TV won't show that since it'll lead to criticism). I loved the various stories showing that everyone struggles with their own issues. It doesn't really go far enough, I think it could've tackled cheating better as well as crime but Asian media doesn't allow criminals to get away as that sends a bad message. And cheating is likely seen as irredeemable.

Nowadays movies and shows are so inconsistent with their storyboarding often rushing or jumping to a new scene or idea so suddenly really taking the viewer out of the show This series consists of 10 episodes steadily exploring 10 different, but very real stories of love, heartbreak, life challenges, and decisions. These scenarios are well thought out and well structured really allowing people of all ages and preferences to relate to the characters one way or another. The roster of characters all exists in this world somewhat intertwined, but not necessarily related in anyway. This way of storytelling creates essentially a type of world building where these characters you saw and liked/disliked or have invested time in are continuing to live their life as you learn and explore these new character's life and personal challenges. I feel that these stories touch really well on how real these scenarios can be and can/have happened. You may relate to some from past experiences, you may find some stories interesting, you may find some stories heartbreaking, but at the same time realize sometimes life just doesn't go the way you want even if the answer is right there. Timing, stages of life, work and career, life circumstances, and so much more are displayed in all of these stories. This series should be watched as an anthology as it is meant to be. It is a collection of stories and a collection of life events that can and has happened. I see some reviews complaining why there are different characters or why the previous characters become background characters or story is not completely finished, but that is the purpose of this series. Each episode depicts a type of story about love and life then life goes on as new stories are told. Previous characters lives on and their story is not finished just because the episode is done. They show up as everyday people living their life in new episodes and we see some characters intertwine through their own history or through their career or just their coincidence just like how life goes.

What is love anyways?...
What can I say... I experienced a hundred emotions watching this show: laughed, cried, got frustrated, upset, endeared, was rooting for the characters, got pissed at some others, but first and foremost, I was hooked. It was SO entertaining and interesting to watch, not once was I bored. Sometimes I couldn't believe what was happening before my eyes because its like ANYTHING happened at times but then it allill made sense and what could at first seem like a nonsensical plot decision or shallow decision from a character later on it'd make so much sense and have a good character development and somewhat logical development.
Maybe at times the events were too over the top but what I think made up for it were the development of the side couples which I LOVED and were still rooting for them. I'm giving this a 10 mainly because I LIVED through this show, so it was a great experience to watch it, wish I could experience watching it for the first time again.
In the best tradition of Japanese Shonen Manga,
"Waterboys 2", a live action drama pits a transfer high school student Eikichi Mizushima, against a 90 per cent female small town high school. On his very first day, this walking disaster, nicknamed "The Turtle" at his old school, (for reasons that will become clearer later on), is mistakenly identified as the savior of the pitiful boys that had been suffering under the thumb of the girls for three long years. A motley collection of boys give Eikichi a high rank and are absolutely certain because he swam on his old school's swim team, he would be the champion swimmer and the one they could rally a swim team around, giving them some ground. The boys had been previously excluded from club activities and forced to eat lunch in the old observatory, huddled on the floor like so much unwanted refuse.
The action really gets moving as the boys sign Eikichi for the upcoming swim-meet, despite his protestations. Things are worse for him since the very girl that hates him most is living with him, "oh dear". His father is also pressuring him, from afar to join him on the move to New York.
The show is that wonderful blend of ridiculous and funny and there is also a great potential for some real drama. If the opening scene illustrates truth, the series is in for some real spectacular sporting sequences including none other than that greatest of sports, synchronized swimming.
"Love Deadline" is an original concept for a dating show where the proposal power goes to the girls and the tables are turned! The guys see what it feels like now! Here today, gone tomorrow is the theme as there is a "love deadline" but the guys don't know when that might come, so they need to cherish every moment and pursue the one they like without regrets. The cast is chosen because they are wanting to get married and find the one they want to have a family with and build a home with so the cast has had past relationships and are ready to find that lifelong connection. If the girl doesn't propose when their time is up, they go home with no further contact ever with the girl they fell for.
Just a couple of comments about the cast - First, Kai is the sweetest guy ever - why would anyone ever even hesitate at all in the slightest bit? Any girl would be so lucky to have him. And lastly, I feel Yushi got used by a social media influencer who might have been there for the wrong reason IMO. But let's face it - how many times have girls gotten used and hurt and dumped/ghosted basically so the tables really are turned unfortunately for those that got hurt. How many matches will be made?

I love this drama so much Their chemistry and the acting is just so great The story of this movie is really interesting, and you're always looking forward to the next episode I think series involving LGBTQ+ characters are considered somewhat taboo in Korea, so I hope Korea can move past these old prejudices and produce more series with this kind of drama.
10/10 hot romance mystery
The chemistry between the leads is breath taking. Kol are surely evolving, love the tension between the two leads. The story of enemy to lovers is my personal fav. Would surely recommend as it has a good plot revolving round the murders along with the one of their past in which both the leads are entangled till date.
Kuzu no Honkai isn’t a romance meant to make you smile. It’s an emotionally messy exploration of loneliness, obsession, unrequited love, and the unhealthy ways people try to fill the emptiness inside them. Every relationship is flawed, every character makes questionable choices, and that’s precisely what makes the story so compelling.
The series doesn’t try to create perfect heroes or ideal romances. Instead, it embraces emotional ambiguity, showing how desire, jealousy, and insecurity can blur the line between love and selfishness. While some characters can be frustrating, their actions often feel painfully believable, making the drama surprisingly honest despite its exaggerated situations.
The atmosphere is one of its greatest strengths. Beautiful cinematography, expressive visuals, and a haunting soundtrack create a melancholic tone that perfectly complements the emotional weight of the story. The performances also help sell the characters’ inner conflicts, making even their worst decisions understandable.
This definitely isn’t a drama for everyone. If you’re expecting a sweet romance, you’ll probably hate it. But if you enjoy psychological relationship dramas that aren’t afraid to explore the darker side of human emotions, Kuzu no Honkai is a fascinating and memorable watch. Uncomfortable, thought-provoking, and emotionally intense, it earns a solid 8/10.
This show really needs more international recognition. Not only does it have great acting from a great cast, the story and screenplay provides a novel take on the time loop trope.
This is not just about reliving the same day/event over and over again, but also trying to solve the mystery even as the variables and outcomes are changing with each iteration that reveals new pieces to the puzzle. The chemistry of the two leads, as well as the police officers involved, are excellent. In the midst of trying to solve the deadly mystery, they find a way to convey humor, affection, and humanity without being distractingly inappropriate. Zhao Jinmai is a standout starlet here, and hope that she'll find a long, successful career after this.
I generally find most C-dramas to be just poor imitations of their superior Kdrama counterparts, but I am very impressed with the undeniable quality of this show. Highly recommended.
I always believe that the most impressive and moving story is just our daily life, in which we can empathize with the characters naturally. And The Making of an Ordinary Woman is such an excellent example that affects me deeply even though the storyline is set in Taiwan and I am from Chinese mainland. Although I cannot understand Taiwanese dialect spoken in the episodes, it really sounds familiar to me because we will speak dialect in our hometown as well and it evokes memories of my youth when scenes of childhood of Chen Chia-Ling appear. Technically speaking, the first season is better because the oranization of past and present things is much smoother. However, the overall quality of the series deserves highest rating.
Had I Not Seen the Sun? Is one of those rare Netflix series that doesn't end when the final episode fades to black-it lingers. What makes the show truly unforgettable is the acting. Every performance feels painfully real, as if you're not watching characters but real people living through heartbreak, hope, and loss. The actors don't just play their roles; they inhabit them so completely that you forget you're watching a series at all. Especially Moon Li, the main atress, that went through being raped and her love of life went on revenge massacre for her and ended up with death penalty, her acting is truly convincing and so heartbroken. I cry every time I saw her.
The emotional weight of the story is extremely heavy, and that's really at its greatest strength. The emotions feel raw and unfiltered, pulling you in until you're fully immersed.

I just finished You and Everything Else and honestly... wow.
This drama is an easy 10/10 for me, and I don't give those out lightly. It now sits in my elite list with When Life Gives You Tangerines, My Dearest, Our Movie, Reply 1988, Flower of Evil, and Crash Landing on You. That's how much it hit me.
The acting? On another level. I think it might be the best l've ever seen in a K-drama, and Park Ji Hyun absolutely blew me away. Every little glance, every pause, every crack in her voice carried so much weight. She made her character feel so real that I almost forgot I was watching a show.
What really struck me was how simple yet deep the story was. It's not about big twists or flashy gimmicks - it's about the messy, complicated reality of friendship. The way the two leads loved each other, but at the same time carried so much jealousy, resentment, and rivalry... it was heartbreaking and beautiful. If you never experience watching the best TV drama, Nirvana in Fire is really the only thing you are looking for. It's all about revenge, deep critical thinking, amazing strategy, bromance, martial art, justice, romance, costume, loyalty,..., & historical period drama. The whole series is very very very brilliant & most reasonable. You can't even guess what going on. You will feel you yourself are so brainless.
Moreover, you will experience what you never feel before. All I can say it's like breathless, addicted, crying, laughing, heart breaking,.... The cinematography is amazing. The costume is so beautiful. Not to mention actor performance.
They are so talent. Not only the lead actors, everyone is great. It's so hard to not fall in love with the lead role actor.
Nirvana in Fire won't give you a chance of boring. You probably feel uneasy on it first episode but believe me if you can pass it you will be unable to withdraw from your seat.

Actors are hot, actresses are hot. Lead actress reminds me of Shu Qi with a dumb happy smile since she has a buck tooth. All the actors are very talented. They're far better than Marvel actors.
Writing was excellent. I think the scenarios were believable.
No sudden getting in to a car accident as soon as a character needs to be redeemed. Well written characters and a mom who seemed just overbearing enough to be believable and honestly horrible. Dad seems to not want to bother the family and provide to a fault. Male lead has a huge coming of age that's only really achievable with the female lead out of his life as she's doting on a hapa guy from her past (even that's believable! Best of both worlds, since he has physical features of a white guy but speaks fluent Taiwanese so he's "perfect" in the eyes of white worshipping Taiwanese girls. Usually white guys are just there because it's easy to find girls to sleep with but TV won't show that since it'll lead to criticism).
I loved the various stories showing that everyone struggles with their own issues. It doesn't really go far enough, I think it could've tackled cheating better as well as crime but Asian media doesn't allow criminals to get away as that sends a bad message. And cheating is likely seen as irredeemable.
This series and storytelling has been one of the best I've seen. Nowadays movies and shows are so inconsistent with their storyboarding often rushing or jumping to a new scene or idea so suddenly really taking the viewer out of the show
This series consists of 10 episodes steadily exploring 10 different, but very real stories of love, heartbreak, life challenges, and decisions.
These scenarios are well thought out and well structured really allowing people of all ages and preferences to relate to the characters one way or another.
The roster of characters all exists in this world somewhat intertwined, but not necessarily related in anyway. This way of storytelling creates essentially a type of world building where these characters you saw and liked/disliked or have invested time in are continuing to live their life as you learn and explore these new character's life and personal challenges.
I feel that these stories touch really well on how real these scenarios can be and can/have happened. You may relate to some from past experiences, you may find some stories interesting, you may find some stories heartbreaking, but at the same time realize sometimes life just doesn't go the way you want even if the answer is right there.
Timing, stages of life, work and career, life circumstances, and so much more are displayed in all of these stories.
This series should be watched as an anthology as it is meant to be. It is a collection of stories and a collection of life events that can and has happened.
I see some reviews complaining why there are different characters or why the previous characters become background characters or story is not completely finished, but that is the purpose of this series.
Each episode depicts a type of story about love and life then life goes on as new stories are told. Previous characters lives on and their story is not finished just because the episode is done. They show up as everyday people living their life in new episodes and we see some characters intertwine through their own history or through their career or just their coincidence just like how life goes.
