I get what you mean 😭, but I don’t think this one really has a sad ending. It’s more of an open ending because the story was clearly written with a second season in mind. It hasn’t been officially confirmed yet, but the actors have mentioned multiple times that a second season was always part of the plan. That’s probably why you don’t really see people complaining about the ending—it feels unfinished rather than tragic
