Tbh, I don’t think any xianxia has the exact same story—it just feels similar because of the genre 😏😅. TTEOTM, MM, and this drama all have totally different plots 🐉🔥.

But yeah, in xianxia you’ll always see demon gods, true gods, devil sects, heavenly emperors, phoenixes, dragons, master-disciple relationships 🧙‍♂️👑🐲—it’s all part of the package. That’s what makes it xianxia 😎.

Same goes for other genres too. The vibe, setup, and character types might be similar, but the actual storylines are different 📖✨. That’s exactly why it’s called a genre—it follows a specific style or formula, not a copy-paste plot 😄👌.

And you guys keep saying “same story, same story”—explain how this is the same as every other xianxia? 🤨 Just because the female lead kills the male lead once, you say it’s all the same? And then some of you say Bai Lu “always kills the male lead in every drama”? 😏😏 Come on guys, the plot is clearly different. Don’t generalize based on one trope.
