I remember the rating was 8.5 before, but now it has dropped to 8.2. Is it really that bad? Iβm still unsure…
I don't think this drama ever reached 8.5. I remember it started at 7.7-7.8 and gradually got to 8.2. I believe a lot of us are waiting for it to finish before we rate it. Anyways, I totally recommend this, it's one of the rare dramas I've seen that gets better and better, most of them fall flat after first half. I've also been very disappointed or bored by some 8.7-8.9 rated dramas here so one can never trust mdl ratings
:O good point. Are they secretly related? maybe a brother and a sister?
they even give half siblings or step siblings vibe to me. We know she's older than him and obviously the boss. I hope we find out about their backstory
In this episode she hid her smile by looking at Albert more than once, or so it seemed to me π
there were a few. I'm sure she acknowledges the sacrifices he made for the cause. Ms Go still seems to belittle him a bit. Currently he's jobless, penniless and homeless and his own grandfather wants his head on a plateππ
is it just me or is the auto repair shop guy the one who kidnapped Nora when she was little? he kept saying how she's "all grown up now" and "even went abroad". Did Ms Song orchestrate that as well?
could anyone with knowledge in M&A and companies explain to me did DK ventures have any chance to succeed in their intention at all? I'm confused because they got busted so easily and everyone seems to have known their true intentions from the start
nvm I just listened to all released OSTs. Out of six, three are romance songs, which is an awful lot for a show…
I'm sorry, I should've written "I hope the writer knew that". I'm aware that the show's been written prior airing. But her writing is exactly what made us root for certain characters and be indifferent towards some others. In that terms, while writing, she must've been aware that she didn't leave almost any room for us to bond with Shin in the first 3 quarters of the drama. If she had a plan for us to warm up to him gradually and naturally, I think it should've started progressing by ep 9 at the latest. On the other hand, I just want to see the guy who shows actual development since episode 5-6 win. I want the lazy, seemingly dumb, uninterested nepo hire who respects his subordinates, communicates well, turns out to be observant and resourceful, accepts a girl and values her ways and opinions whether she's 20 or 35 and goes against his own family and wealth because people dying is not worth it to get at least a GLIMPSE of a date in the end and not to be a doormat who gives up easily π Wow, this sentence was too long π Honestly I'm speaking as a 29 year old woman here, who's had a fair share of Shin-like guys in my environment, they don't see further than their noses and they rarely progress in real life even when they try to. I would kill for an Albert whether he's 23 or 36 π this drama is triggering me ππ

technically he did stop them from suing her and he helped her get the job at FSS. He did some damage control, because he did love her, but I think instead of doing everything behing her back he should've talked it out with her, calmed her, explained to her how the world works and helped her learn alternative ways to fight back. Their communication back then was AWFUL and they were 26 and 29 respectively, so they weren't exactly toddlers. Their communication hasn't improved to this day. I don't mind him as a character, he's simply too bland and not present enough to even dislike him much. Maybe they'll need his help in last couple of eps so he might do something impactful. Still, I don't like him as a romantic interest. I think it's too late for the majority of audience to warm up to him or get attached and I hope the writer knows that. And she really has a chance to break kdrama stereotypical ending in multiple ways
If you listen closely to the lyrics, you'd know that it's about lost love and yearning for it again.1. Endlessly…
nvm I just listened to all released OSTs. Out of six, three are romance songs, which is an awful lot for a show that barely focuses on romance ππ all three songs are about an old flame so Al Bon cover and bgm don't really make sense π€ I think they did a good job making us guess the ending and during promotion they were careful not to spoil
