I love seafood. The codfish balls have few ingredients, and they are easy to find. But the moqueca, besides having more ingredients, some are difficult and can also be strong for the palate, but I love it.
It's the middle of the Holy friday and Easter holiday, so we're eating more seafood. Today I made a dish that is traditional in the northeast of Brazil, moqueca, so I used shrimp, fish and mussels, with palm oil, coconut milk, and lots of seasoning, strooong and delicious. And I also made codfish balls, thanks to the Portuguese influence.
