My understanding for the villain is that it was a heart attack because of the fear when he saw the ghost but since he was hallucinating, he thought it was that weapon that pierced him… not sure how the emperor died.

Hopefully the sequel/continuation won’t take too long. I need to know what mission he left his 2 companions to do. I really enjoyed this drama.

Hello. I would say “Destined”, “A Dream of Splendor”or “Blossom” are a bit similar with smart female leads and strong husbands. Their stories also didn’t start of with romance but they learned to love and trust each other. It’s also historical settings.
