The did a good job of misdirecting with the preview. Her with a very pregnant belly in pain to a shot of her in the hospital bed patting her flat tummy looking out into the ethersphere - telling her baby she was sorry!! That was ALMOST as good as the fake GH pulling her hand away from MK when he led her down the isle.
