I haven’t mention SWL in my post. I don’t hate shine on Me I rated it an 8.5.

I think Love Story in the 1970’s has better pacing thoug.

I’m going to rate this drama a 10 when it’s completed.

Just dropped it and move on to a better drama. I’m loving Love Story in the 1970’s it’s so burn, but good. It has Chen Feiyu as ML.

drama gets serious in its second act. but the comedy is still in tact, especially with what happens to the Empress Dowager lmao!

if you are up to date by watching episode 6, he is fully recovered and no longer has memory loss. his uncle knows from the magazine or newspaper knows that he is fully recovered.

we don’t even know who the crown prince mother was, and was easily manipulated by empress dowager. I guess since he was a 2d character, writers thought he wasn’t important enough.

Empress Dowager had a painful death. She couldn’t speak nor move. I had to laugh when Eunanch An moved her head upright, she truly got her just dessert lol.

He did a great job as Prince Duan. He was an evil, yet, pitiful character. It’s funny that when his legs were”amputated” he had the will to survive cause he hates Dan with a passion. He’s a great actor though.
