If people had watched the other Fox Spirit Matchmakers dramas, they wouldn't have such high expectations.

All the Fox Spirit Matchmaker dramas before was tragic, what were you guys expecting? You deceived yourselves by expecting something different.

If there's no romance, you guys complain; if there's even a little bit of romance, there you are complaining too. Go figure 🙄

Just finished it and honestly I loved the ending. That was his mother's plan from the beginning. He was born for this and fulfilled his purpose masterfully, letting nothing distract him from his greater purpose. Those of you giving it a low rating because you're stuck on trivialities and fleeting romances, grow up.

You guys are so needy… go find a boyfriend instead of relying on romance in dramas and let our boy Cheng Yi shine

I didn't even read your entire comment because it's too long but QQ is portraying someone with BPD. These people have triggers activated especially when they are abandoned, and that's what seems to have happened to him, especially since he was already in love with QT. So I can understand him, and I can watch the drama from his perspective, which doesn't mean I agree with the things he does. But I think that's how life is; there aren't only perfect people and only beautiful stories, and that's what I liked about this drama and QQ, it brings up many reflections on where obsession can lead.

What would the story be like without this “useless” character? A fairy tale? A romcom? You should watch Love in Pavilion first.

It’s just bizarre the amount of people that can't appreciate a story simply because the main couple isn't together on screen every second. Geez, how needy are these people! I’m particularly loving the drama. To be honest, I didn't even think this drama would have romance. For me, it's a bonus. The story talks about the healthy side (FG) and the dark obsessive side (QQ) of love. Qing Qeng's is so deeply complex, I'm so happy they chose Wang Hongyi to perform this character, he is slaying it. There are even people complaining about the writers… this story isn’t for you. I suggest you guys drop it and look for a sugary teen romance with Zhao Lusi to watch instead.
