yep. i really don get whats up with these kinds of rules the admins suddenly came up wid. i mean.. sure, edited pics, blurry ones, fan arts, or stuff unrelated to the drama is totally understandable if those get removed. but without fan logos. 🤷‍♀️ that one’s confusing.
and ive seen tons of chinese fansite accnts calling out ppl who repost their photos without credit or crop out their logos. they get really angry about it. nd rightfully so. the logo is there for a reason.. to give credit nd protect ownership. removing it isnt just disrespectful. it’s literally the kind of thing that leads to copyright issues.

its like the admins aren’t even thinking that through. feels like they’re just doing everythin they can to justify deleting our uploads, even if the reasoning doesn’t make sense🙄

so how are we even supposed to upload pics now?i hav 500 hd jilu pics. no fan logos, no edits, just clean and clear shots during filming. i checked the gallery and there’s barely anything left. almost all of their pics from day one to the wrap. up are gone.
and isn’t it actually not safe to upload without fan logos? the original owner could sue for copyright infringement🫠

im not saying you personally deleted them. im referring to the entire team. now fans want to upload new pics but the removals just keep going. anyway thanks for continuing to explain. but it’s difficult not to feel disoriented when these “rules” and reference links were only introduced a few days ago while we’ve endured months of mass deletions, still left questioning what is truly safe to post

well even ur own defender admitted that you deleted the pics coz of what i said which is exactly why i feel it’s personal. and fyi u only created that rule THREE days ago while you’ve actually been wiping our gallery on this page for the past TWO MONTHS combine that with the rotten tomatoes you threw at us nd it just comes across as unprofessional nd makes us even more frustrated. being an admin doesn’t mean you can brush off user's concerns or react emotionally to simple questions. we’re only asking for clarity not trying to start a fight but actions like this make it hard to trust the process or believe that our voices matter!

this still doesn’t address the core issues we’ve been bringing up. from a user’s perspective, the constant mass deletion of photos feels inconsistent and unexplained. saying “rules are for everyone” doesn’t really help when we still don’t know exactly which rules were broken or why certain photos were targeted.
you also said you were deleting hundreds of photos the next day coz “you aren’t done yet” nd would keep deleting. how are we supposed to feel confident about what’s safe to upload if the goalposts keep moving?
and about the rotten tomatoes, really? i just mentioned that the gallery was growing fast bcoz of the cast’s popularity nd asked for clarification and you throw tomatoes because of “dissatisfaction”? 🙄wats with that? it just makes it harder to believe that this isn’t personal.
it’s not about bias or accusing anyone of being petty.. it’s about transparency. we keep asking for clear guidelines like what counts as an ALLOWED photo and all we get are general statements. meanwhile, hundreds of photos disappear overnight, nd we’re left guessing.
i think people wouldn’t be so frustrated if there was real communication, not just “we’re following the rules, trust us.” At the end of the day, we all want the same thing, a fair and transparent platform for everyone. but that means listening to user's concerns instead of dismissing them as misinformation or “tone matching"

having 13k+ photos really isn’t surprising nd it’s something we’ve always expected. ive ALWAYS said half of the cast have huge fanbases, so NATURALLY the gallery grows quickly. what has clearly gone off here? isn’t this completely expected? tbh idk what you’re pointing at anymore.
and we’re not careless either, before uploading, we always remind each other on this page to avoid duplicates or low quality pics, we even leave comments asking for removal if something slips through. we’re not trying to overwhelm the site or turn the gallery into a mess..we just want a place that reflects the hard work of fans who follow the cast nd keep this gallery active. jnstead of treating this as a problem maybe there could be better communication on limits or clearer guidelines. we would’ve appreciated knowing earlier if there was a cap on photos rather than finding out after thousands were already removed

the fact that ‘user’ even admitted she deleted all my uploaded photos just bcoz i joked abt giving the admins some work to do already feels way too personal. nd now they’re handing out rotten tomatoes..atp it’s not moderation anymore, it’s pure pettiness. they’re taking everything we say to heart, it's turning into a personal grudge match. they aren’t acting professional at all, it’s like dealing with elem school kids on a power trip

yepp. i understand it’s not about popularity but the thing is..all the leads are popular! and that naturally comes with a flood of updates and reuters. every cast member even guest roles like liuyu, twinsgo, wangdu or xgz has hundreds of their own reuters floating around. it's not just vos fans pushing content, the sheer amount of material from the entire cast makes it hard to keep the uploads minimal.
it's just feels like this page is being singled out as having an “excessive” number of uploads, when in reality, the content comes from all over, fans, the cast themselves nd even official updates. every big project with a hyped cast is bound to have a heavy photo stream..it's not only about fans endlessly uploading, sometimes the cast’s own promotional activity creates that volume nd fans just share what’s already circulating.

we get that moderation is necessary, but maybe there needs to be a clearer understanding that the overload isn’t one-sided and a lot of us thought we were helping keep all those updates in one place rather than spreading them across random corners of the internet!

we also don’t understand why it feels like you can’t accept that this page is simply active. from the very beginning, whenever we uploaded photos, we also reminded everyone to check the existing uploads before adding anything new to avoid duplicates. we've been mindful of the rules as best as we can.

tbh i don’t get what’s wrong with vos. the leads of this drama are all popular nd it’s an equal-billing project so ofc the gallery had a large number of uploads. that’s completely normal for dramas with such a big fanbase. nd as far as i've seen, most of what we shared were reuters, magazine promo, event coverage and other content genuinely related to the drama.

for instance, when the cast uploaded their wrap-up photos, aren’t those part of the drama journey? why were they deleted? some of the wrap-up and filming pics were also removed. fans of this page have been uploading photos of all the cast, not just their own faves, coz we want to support the entire team. that’s why the gallery reached that many uploads in the first place.

really cutting the gallery from 13k photos down to jst 2k feels way too extreme. i understand the need for rules to keep things organized, but i don’t know what's the exact rules are anymore🙄. this really seems unfair to vos page and to the fans who worked hard to keep it updated.
