I felt so bad for jung i shin but happy too finally one thing she got right/succeeded in life was that her son was not like her.

She loves him sooo much and is proud of him also I love how they showed su yeol's emotions. He didn't forgive her but now atleast he doesn't hate her like he did before because he knew his mom has suffered so much more than he could imagine. She never showed her vulnerability before except for the time he saved her.

So from the preview what I could make out/interpret was
-the exchange happens+jung i shin probably murdered that copycat killer (how dare she hurt her son by targeting her grandchild+her DIL and challenge her) so obviously she's very clever that smile she gave when he gave her the key i understood.

-She manages to escape and most probably su yeol's wife is safe

-she's after the person who killed/burned her mother alive (so she probably saw someone is copying her and knew police would need her so one motive was helping su yeol side by side she wanted to kill the person who killed her mother probably her father maybe

-we will get to know why this inspector was so lenient towards he finally (I can't think of any reason even now) any guesses???

Btw the mother-son chemistry is soooo good +she loves him sooo much (mostly she's not interested but for him she will do anything) and i totally fell in love with his mother even though she's a murderer she managed to.
