Does anybody know what's the connection between xiao quishui and Li chen zhou? (Any plot twist like quishui is his son Or any other connection? Because I remember quishui saying that his mother was same as the real world's but his father(sect leader) was not his father from the real world )

In my opinion it's because by the time hongye arrived jin renfeng already took over dongfang villa.. moreover he captured both the dongfang sisters and huaizhu was in a dire situation both hongye & huaizhu were not in a stable mental state ..and taking a concubine was more easier process than taking legal wife .. because it consists two major clans .... moreover they mentioned huaizhu as 'zhuri huaizhu' which means they are accepting jin renfeng as dongfang villa 's leader and huaizhu as jin renfeng's cousin sister..all of this just to get her out of that hell without any fight or bloodshed moreover they cannot just kill whole dongfang clan .. because it is a major clan + huaizhu's home and they don't want to massacre the whole place ..or create more problems that's why they just scared jin renfeng with whole wangquan army and took her out
