The first special episode was absolutely beautiful. Masterfully done, so touching and so amazing that I can't stop smiling. As someone whose loved one is also a part of the sea now, I appreciated Shulang's healing words so much. Fan Xiao is as jealous as ever; I can't get enough of it, he's still so obsessed with Shulang. Also, I got such a huge kick out of witnessing Lu Zhen seeing them happy together, I was really missing this scene from the main series. Love Shi Lihua's appearance, love them being so close, love the kissing and the music, and the final scene is so emotional and brilliant. This absolutely made my work-filled day!
why did he said that he doesnt want one night stand ?? what does he mean by that
He means that he loves You Shulang too much to just have one night of sex with him. It's easier for him to abstain entirely than to give in and then to experience an even bigger anguish over being unable to touch him again. He's trying to heal and to persuade himself that just watching You Shulang from afar is enough; being offered a night of bliss just to be abandoned again pains him too much.
I see the show has really good ratings, but it was really hard for me to watch the first episode.Does it get better?…
I found it fascinating from the first moments. A psychopath smiling to the face of his future love and backstabbing him and plotting against him all the time? Count me in.
Wow!!! So we'll get both the filmed version and new written extras? That's so incredibly exciting! I just hope they get translated quickly, the original website doesn't let my country in, so I can't pay or do anything to support the author and access their work.
You seem to know so much, so I have to ask, do you know what these special episodes are based on? Like, are they entirely original, or did the novel writer helped develop the script? The trailer is full of scenes that aren't in any extras, I'm fascinated.
The break up phase was tormenting.shi lang went too far with that. I know people would justify that with what…
I felt so, too, when I was first watching, but on my re-watches I developed a very different view. Maybe reading the book helped: it gave a lot of insights into what the characters were feeling, which softened the arc to me. When I watch it now, I see how much and how deeply YSL still loves FX. How he lets him in despite still being so hurt, how he can't say no to him again and again, how he worries for him and is willing to take a beating for him; and then he worries again about FX getting into trouble for retaliating. We do need some very happy moments, though, and I hope the special episode will deliver them!
Feels like the best drama in the world to me at the moment, I'm still completely in awe. Everything about it is perfect; the book is also amazingly good. I wonder if there is a way to get updated about special episodes, dates, etc.; any channels to follow?
So glad to see the comment section gradually fill with appreciative fans who, even if they don't like something, avoid slipping into toxicity <3 On this happier note, I'll go continue my re-watch, read fics, and stalk socials for the current Desire4 fan-meet, which seems to be going wonderfully.
Anybody who has read the novel ? Can anyone explain who is ma heng ?
It's Gau Tu's neighbor alpha who had a crush on him and who helped him survive the pregnancy by being near and comforting him with his pheromones. Gau To rejected him later, so they stayed friends and Ma Heng got a girlfriend.
