I personally like Love for you better since it has better acting and storyline is more nuanced. It makes me feel more emotions. Honestly, they are very different. You can watch both. I know people feel the trope is same but honestly nothing really is the same.

The way the drama is moving my soul. half way and these kids have gone through hell and there is still more to come. The way chen yi is suffering. I wish he never saved zhang bin in that dumpster.

I personally feel that he shines better in modern dramas. This role has given him a lot to work with since the character is more nuanced. His acting is good but it really shines in the character chen yi since it is more complex character. i hope he picks similar characters in future. The role suits him so well.

They are just pretend gf and bf. they are not exclusive. In the novel, they do have physical relations but in the show so far they have not really shown anything or hinted anything. Chen yi mentioned they are just pretending

Also, they have amazing offscreen chemistry and same age. Everything just adds up so well.

Personally these were the episodes that had some of the buzziest scenes between the leads.

Reborn hardly focuses on romance. Personally, as a women the way that show talks about patriarchy and challenges women face in a daily asian household was amazing. I wish more people watch it, it was a well written show and the acting was so good in that show. Even zhou yiran acted well on that show, he is not the main character but his emotional scenes were good.

The build up is so insane. They better. Because each episode the tension gets more and more. I am loving it

Chinese dramas are so much better with every episode every day . Kdramas are such a pain in this regard. Atleast, there is an episode every single day. I recommend waiting for all episodes to be out if you are like this

In spped and love the first meet when they are already in their youth while in love for you they have stayed together since the start and they survive together once they are abandoned by their parents, I don't think any of that happens in speed and love. the dynamics are very different here. In speed and love, the ML has an accident and they leaves. The backdrop of that show is focused on racing. Just curious, have you watched speed and love?

Like I said the step sibling trop is same but the show premise and the storyline is so different. Tropes can be same but if definitely does not give the same vibe as speed and love. The direction and storyline is very different.
