Finally i finished the drama that only had a happy ending for FL, poor ML. Not worth a second watch.

9/10 for Ha Young, she is drop-dead gorgeous in this drama, she deserves to be the main role and i hope she gets more good dramas and movies.

Me too, not worth rewatching this drama. Just once was enough to make me suffer.

For that drama, in my opinion the script was quite decent. The interaction and chemistry between the actors was lacking.

That's right, I've seen short dramas with better scripts and dialogues.

Matsushima Nanako's appearance was far too brief. I know she was reportedly hesitant to return for this drama, which makes it even more disappointing. The interactions among the cast also felt quite awkward, especially the younger actors playing the students. It feels very different from the original era, though I'm not sure whether that's because of their acting or simply how times have changed. Because of the changing times, the way teachers are allowed to treat their students has become much more restrictive. As a result, Onizuka can no longer unleash the wild, over-the-top side of his personality like he did in the original series. Unfortunately, that reckless and outrageous nature was exactly what made him such a unique and memorable character, and losing that aspect also takes away much of the drama's original charm. Each episode has its own impression and is quite touching, but it didn't really capture the classic GTO atmosphere.

Try watching it all the way through, but skip the parts involving the FL's family, especially that disgusting adoptive brother with a sister complex. Focus instead on the romance between the two main leads and their jobs.

This drama generated a lot of hype early on. Especially regarding the teasers, pre-release photos, the cast's costumes, and plot spoilers, but the actual result was quite disappointing. It relied on AI (though this was slated to be replaced from the mid-season episodes onwards) and felt more like a short drama. It is best to keep your expectations low, and if you find it hard to watch, feel free to skip those parts. Keep watching if you're a fan of one of the main leads, and bear with it. I personally kept watching it because I like Wang Churan, even though I skipped a lot of scenes.

She's back in GTO again, with her husband.
