While it is true that a lot of countries in Africa are struggling, its kinda of frustrating to see that the media never portrays the side of Africa that is actually thriving. Everytime Africa is mentioned at all, it makes it seems like they need the help of foreign countries when it was Americans that stole gold from Africa centuries ago. My grandparents live in Africa right now and they have a phone to contact my parents, they do not have to worry about there not being water, and they have the ability to cook everyday
