the scene where wei generals visited wei liangs grave with tao was the saddest scene of this drama. i cried so much. he deserved to live. this is why i dont like getting attached to sceondary characters. first i have to worry about leads surviving and then secondary characters. someone has to die to satisfy writers! even if i rewatch it someday i will only watch it till ep 32. thats where my happy ending is!

just finished watching it. i laughed and cried. one of the best dramas of 2025. i am too overwhelmed to write anything at this point but i loved it.

i can already tell whats going to happen to weiliang. that goodbye was it. my heart is breaking for him he just wanted to get married. I know weiqu will feel so guilty. he was the one who suggested/tricked weiliang to go. something he always did but this time it will bring guilt like nothing else. i love wei generals so much. apart from main leads i only cared about them and advisor. I just wanted them all to survive and be happy. why they had to kill him man .. whyyy. it hurts man and i havent even watched the death scene just. just this final goodbye is enough to break me

yeah they had great chemistry in school 2023 sadly they were parallel leads so we didnt get much of them. now we getting 2 new dramas but with partners swapped :((

ep 29 is auto-translated so if you havent watched it I would say give it a day for better subs. you can still understand most of the things but its better to get real subs.
