Binge watched the first 7 ep. and it was the "Best Choice Ever" pun intended.😉😀 Wasn't expecting to enjoy this as much as I drop most of Yang Zi's dramas.

Xu Kai plays a sly, calculative ceo here but has shown to have a soft core. Assistant He Dong is hilarious.😆

I like the build up between Zhi Ming, Huan it kinda reminds me of, "King The Land?". I just wished Huan drop Jia Liang already. What a man-child. And the family? Yikes. Huan's mom? Double yikes.

Her bro is gonna be in a diedie/jiejie romance with the divorcee single mom. Not bad can't wait for future ep.

And there's Hye Won she looks gorgeous, it's a shame she has such low self-esteem. Personally I find her the most charming, aside from Yu Jung.

Gwang Tae's defo ending up solo😒 sorry to say but it looks highly likely that Chang Jin, Yu Jung would get back together. Ju Won may reassure her but he says differently in front of her (Yu Jung) especially during Truth or Dare.

Min Hyung, Sang Jung are toxic but they can't get enough of e.o.😂

It seemed like the pd team was forcing the remaining ones that weren't paired up to be couples y'know?

I do think there's a possibility for Ji Min/ Hu Shin. As for Ju Mi/ Ji Won probably besties LoL😂

For me the worst part of all this isn't just the show per sé, but it's the overzealous so-called fans!🙄🙄

The way they kept pushing Ju Mi, Ji Won together😬 poor babies.. look so uncomfortable. Hu Shin's the best thing to come out of Heart Signal 4 I tell ya it's just a shame he doesn't come across as the standard for South Korea? They're more into guys like Min Gyu😝 or Gyeo Re. Ji Won also.

Anyways this was a slightly better watch than the show Heart Signal itself🤣 will there be a season 5? Time will tell.🤣

Those were my thoughts as well with the lovelines. So unnecessary. There's already more goin' on w patients, the hosp. staff, their families etc. And absolutely 0 chemistry between Zhou/ Yue.😒 Lin Yi + Zhou had more chemistry than with their female co-stars!😂

Also ditto on how Mark's character here sorta remind me of his character in , "Ideal City". Was he just as stoic on "Ten Miles of Peach Blossom?" Can't recall 😂

Lovin' all interactions between Yi Ning + Zhou~ she's so adorable,🥰 moreso than Xiao Ran.😜 The actress is a lil ott w the cutesy act. But her & Lin Yi match as they both are like immature kids.🤷🏻‍♀️😑

Ugh hate Lin Yi with so much passion!😤 How dare he chastise Zhou?! He has worked in the hospital much longer, while Lin Yi just marches in like he owns the place.🙄

I am confused is Xiao Ran crushing on Zhou? 'Cause it's not unusual in c-dramas where siblings have romantic feelings.😂😝 She fights with Lin Yi like cats and dogs though.😂

Hv watched 9 ep. so far. But it's gettin' draggy already. It's more slice-of-life and heavily centered toward the realities of medical profession. The struggles that patients, doctors etc face.

Sun Kyun and Yu Mi have nice chemistry as a married cp with a baby otw. At first I thought Yu Mi's character could be experiencing hormonal changes due to pregnancy, bein' a new mom etc that's causing her paranoia. And I did empathized with her.

It was a nice watch. I watched this at the cinema and it was funny, dark, with some supernatural elements. I guess it's a suspense-thriller also of sorts?

Zi Quan kinda remind me of Song Kang's character from "Nevertheless". In that both are very flirty, but are actually decent men who have commitment issues mostly.

Geez when can I get a Zi Quan who'd get me a hotel room just to rest huh LoL?! The purpose of the "Friendship Ring" changes pretty quickly within 9 ep. LoL. Was surprised Mr. Ma backed off when he saw Tang Ying's "cp ring" but is he really though LoL?

Her sis Xin Zi has a stalker in her boss yikes. The actress gives me Seo Ye Ji vibes.

Watched 6 ep. raw but plot is givin' off , "That Winter, The Wind Blows" vibes~

Even fl is styled to look like Moon Geun Young the k-actress LoL. Her chemistry w Dai Gao Zheng is on fire. And it's nice to see them paired together again after "Maid's Revenge".

Rong2's character reminds me of the same character fr , 'Stand Or Fall'. Where they start off ridiculously spineless & then grow a backbone mid-way.. am actually now in awe of Rong2 & proud of how far she's come..

Still this is not enough to sustain my interest in continuing to view this. Somethin's missing(?) I think they were tryin' to replicate "Ideal City" but difference is in "Ideal City" the plot was intriguing and they had a stellar cast.

Much prefer the actor who played Li Guang in 'Stand Or Fall' he had better chemistry with his co-star imo. And the pairing there were equal in power dynamics of their relationship.

I actually dropped this after 4 ep as the subs were beyond atrocious. Eventhough I enjoy the 2 main leads very much.. I picked it back up though.😏

Mr. Ma seem to give off sugar daddy vibes?🤪 But it's disappointing that the usual trope of using a third party to be a catalyst for ml to act on his feelings for fl quicker is often used.😪
