Exactly, it was all chaotic and intentionally written for the kids to be murdered anyways so the ending would work better.
I wonder how a better team/director would work on that same story, because I think it was pretty interesting when I read the novel. Sometimes people want the final work to be book-accurate, but I think it's important to consider that it's different to grab attention from audiovisual x book audiences. The show is basically the same thing I read, the only real difference is that Jade and Kamin relationship starts to develop earlier.

They were hiding things from Jade and Kamin and trusting each other when they all knew they weren't trustful at all and more, they couldn't do anything about their endings by themselves, so, they were not characters to be helped at all. That's why I don't judge much that the police was failing to protect them, not only the kids, but their parents, all adults close to them were also choosing to ignore how serious and dangerous the situation was.
I love the whole reveal scene in the novel, it's tense and well done. I hope next episode gets closer to the feeling. I'm sad Jay's challenge is outside the house in the show because I think being inside a room is important for the feeling of getting trapped inside, with no way to escape

Thee doesn't have his tattoo because it's an imagination sequence. When Thee is asking the AI chat about things he could do to tell Peach he likes being with him, the chat suggests him to make a vow, and that's how he pictures the vow being. It's in EP2.

Well, we don't know if it's good until the end because only 2 episodes aired, so far I think it's pretty good and worthy to watch if you like Poon. You can try the first episodes, and then if you dislike the plot you don't need to keep watching.

I see nothing wrong about their "look alike" fate. The show could use the joke as something useful, when Pleng and Tankhun exchange places, it couldn't be done by many couples like with them hahaha
I have no problem with the story, the cast performance or anything related to the portray of the story, but the final edit and how the scenes were mixed was so bad that got everything even more confusing than it should be from start. Once the truth starts to be revealed (so there is nothing to hide anymore) everything gets more interesting, but the transitions and editing still feels bad, unfortunatly.
Besides anything negative to point out about the editing, I think ForceBook chemistry was out of the space good again, their acting performance was on point and I felt all their character's pain through the episodes. Also, the casting of the second couple couldn't be more perfect than it was!
I'm sure they never expected THIS to shine as much!
Hopefully GMM can see how working with so much passion in a good script, making it even better bringing to TV, having good references to work with, a budget and patience to make things work, casting the right people for the right roles, bring together the company and the artists to support and engage the fandom in a nice way can bring the best results for them.
I want more Me and Thee like shows next year and the year after!
