i only thought of it because of the title of episode 13: The Father Of A Tale Of Two Sisters. so its a possibility that's why they have the same last names lol (which in korea is a common last name Park)

Theory: Head Nurse Park Haeng Ja and Miss Park Ok Ran are sisters and they planned everything including murdering MY's mom and maybe ST/GT's mom (either of the 2 used My's mom clothes and butterfly).

it's still possible LOL, strangers 2 (TVN also)took three years before they decided to have a sequel.... and Hotel Del Luna's ending is so perfect for TVN to have a sequel if they decide to make Blue Moon Hotel few years later =)
