If you pay attention,when Dong jin met him the last time in ep 8 Dong jin literally tells Ik jong that when Mi jeong lied to cover up his medical condition why didn't he clear up the misunderstanding of other people later on. He also said he didn't ask Mi jeong to cover up for her illness. That means his epilapsy attack was not because of confession but purely because of his medical condition.

No his life didn't get threatened, he had an epilepsy attack. And to cover it up Mi Jeong lied to everyone that he was stung by a wasp.
So even if she doesn't confess, id she likes someone he is exempted from curse.

They were never officially divorced or atleast they didn't show it to us. In Korean once you apply for divorce they don't grant you divorce instantly, court gives you some time to think it over and even after that you still want to divorce then it's processed further. During that time if you change your mind and withdraw divorce suit you don't need to register your marriage again.

I agree with you that for such a major surgery more family members must go with her.Even when I had a minor surgery my father came to hospital from other city just to stay with me.And that was during covid restrictions and vice versa. We both had surgeries during covid restriction period.This is so stupid from family's part.

I don't think he was 10-12 years old. If you see in the flashback He was almost his mom's height when I soo first entered the house. So maybe 15-16 years old atleast.

My brother in law is resident doctor in India, last time I talked to him he told me he never gets to go to his room for rest. Especially during their first year as a resident doctor. He hides under patient's bed and even sleeps at a place where they dump medical waste so that he can get 2-3 hours sleep per day. If you count like that he works about 140 hours a week. It gets less hectic during 2nd year onwards but still need to work more than 100 hours a week. Not all hospitals are this hectic but the hospital he works in is a government run and as it provides free treatment patients rush is way too much.
He is a resident doctor in Orthopaedic department.

What if the elder step sister is also lesbian and upon finding the truth about Dohan's sexuality she supports him.
I know this is different from webtoon but this thought came across my mind. She is obviously eldest of all the siblings and we never see any marriage talk of her,she can try and marry into other chaebol family and try to inherit company.

I agree, it's not easy to come out as gay but at the same time you can't expect others to understand you if they don't know anything about it at all.
It's your choice you can either keep it secret and bottled up within you or you can be brave and come clean and have someone to count on if they understand you and if they react negatively than it's the risk you took and didn't pay off. And this thing you can't keep secret for your whole life, sooner or later it is bound to reveal itself.

You said Dohan has no one to count on. How can you count on others when you don't open up to them. I am not asking him to open up to everyone but he should have at least talked to Jihan about his sexuality. And Jihan trusts him, even after knowing the truth about Dohan from his ex he still haven't told it to even Ah Jung so you definitely can trust him to keep his secrets.
