Never heard of this drama before until the trailer came out yesterday and now here I am waiting. Also have to keep in mind it's been over 5 years since they filmed it.

It is because they don't air on tv so they don't have too many restrictions.

Looks like I'm not the only thinking the hotel owner was being blackmailed by the woman that was murdered because she found out he was having an affair with the guy at the front desk. That's why he wanted the cameras off and why he looked angry in the photos. My guess it was the lover who killed her. Maybe he didn't know the body was moved to that room when he gave the room to the couple although I feel like he did and sent them on purpose.

It wasn't the best but it wasn't bad either.
They also didn't need to add that recap that wasted precious minutes that could've been used to actually show us more of The Emperor and Ting Hui together. Also, Di Nian didn't have to die, the man had suffered enough throughout the whole drama with his unrequited love. They even had him killed before knowing Zhi Li ended up falling for him.

Most of my ongoing cdramas recently ended so other than this one I still have 2 more episodes of Royal Betrothal. I also started 2 dramas I had on my list which are 'She and Her Perfect Husband' and 'Sweet Trap'
As for kdramas I'm watching Dream to You, My Bias My Boss, Flex X Cop 2 and Spooky in Love.

Won't be able to watch ep 18 until it releases for VIP but for those who have...did they at least say if ZL is at least the same rank as JX after these 5 years?

Honestly what was ZL thinking? I guess he wasn't cause he knows JX is after him. He has already done so much to them and yet he walked right into the trap. It was so obvious that if he lies about those killing JX would used it against him. Gave him the perfect excuse. I get the letter were important to Tay but that could've waited instead of putting his life at risk and then truly leaving her all alone in the hands of JX who will definitely take advantage.

I haven't watched today's episode yet but his OST has been in many scenes since pretty much the beginning.

Have to wait a few more hours.

Something about going to LA for some training program.

The pendant helps the person not see ghosts so I think he's keeping it for himself. That way he can tell her if she's with him she doesn't have to worry about touching him because the pendant will help him. Make it seem like he's the only one that can give her that freedom.

By the looks of it the brother went overboard and probably hitting the water disoriented him. Min Hwan was just staring and not going for help. Looks like Yeo Ri went to see what happened. Another hit to the rock probably made her fall too so Min Hwan most likely chose to save Yeo Ri and not his brother causing him to drown. MH made everyone believe his brother died trying to save Yeo Ri.

When the time comes, Viki please!! I'm counting on you to pick this up!!

Ep 25

I was waiting for Bai Hui and Ze Qiu to start dating but they skipped that part and went straight to being engaged. I liked how every question she had about the future he had already thought about it too and had options lined up.
Still have a few episodes left but looks like they really are having Ting Ting jealous during these last episodes when she hadn't shown interest in Qi Yan before. Going to take a guess I was wrong and they really are going to end up together.
Glad Zhi Xia finally figured out what she was feeling. Now we can finally start the relationship.

I recently watched You Are My Lover Friend and I loved it. Yes it was slow burn but we're able to see early on how their feelings are changing. The friendship between the leads is different there because they've actually been best friends without separating for more than a decade so it's understandable why it took them a while to take that step.

I was kinda hoping to see a little bit of mutual feelings in this drama like the other one but sadly it's only until now that she's starting to feel something.

I don't know details but heard something actually happened between Zhi Li and Di Nian before he dies. Did she all of a sudden fall in love with him after having no interest in him all her life? Or was it one of those "the man I love betrayed me, I'm heartbroken let me have sex with the one that has always loved me instead to feel better"?

Ting Ting has never shown any romantic interest in him and since the ramen girl showed up they have pretty much shown us this is who he might end up with. In today's episode they even had him go look for her just to talk because he seems to find peace being around her.

She doesn't love him or care for him so she can't show any affection cause it would be fake.
